Bacterin International Holdings (NYSE: BONE) 24.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.11), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.5 million.
KIT digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: KITD) 22.7% LOWER; today announced that its chief executive officer, Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, will assume the role of chairman and Barak Bar-Cohen, currently the company's chief administrative officer, will assume the role of interim CEO while the company conducts a search -- internally and externally -- for a permanent CEO. These changes will be effective on March 31, 2012.
Dex One (Nasdaq: DEXO) 16.2% HIGHER; the stock is modestly paring this week's losses today. Shares fell 23 percent so far this week, pushing below the 200-day SMA and the $1.30 level. The stock has moved over both of those this afternoon. Volume is pretty light today. Just before the close yesterday, the company announced the successful completion of its bank debt repurchases.

Overland Storage Inc. (Nasdaq: OVRL) 13.5% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,200,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $2.00 per share. Overland has also granted to the underwriter a 30-day option to acquire an additional 480,000 shares to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. Overland expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $5.8 million after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by Overland, assuming no exercise of the overallotment option.
TearLab (Nasdaq: TEAR) 13.1% HIGHER; continuing higher following a 7 percent jump yesterday amid Q4 results. The stock is holding above the 200-day SMA this afternoon.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $165.5 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.02-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.05. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $148-$150 million, versus the consensus of $154 million. Piper Jaffray also downgraded the stock.
