Anacor Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ANAC) 30.0% HIGHER; moving higher again today as Webush doubled its price target on the stock to $20.
Samson Oil & Gas Limited (AMEX: SSN) 18.9% LOWER; placed American Depositary Shares (ADSs) (representing 109,752,575 ordinary shares) with institutional investors based in the United States, raising gross proceeds of A$2,743,814 (US$2,850,000). The SEC registered placement was completed at A$0.025 per ordinary share (approximately US$0.51 per ADS), and includes transferable options, or warrants, to subscribe for an additional 4 shares for each 10 shares subscribed for, at an exercise price of A$0.038 (approximately US$0.78 per ADS). The warrants will expire on 31 March 2017.
Tibco Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: TIBX) 18.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $225.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $242.46 million. Shares were downgraded by FBN and Susquehanna Friday.
New York & Co., Inc. (NYSE: NWY) 18.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $291.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $287.16 million. For more on the company's guidance, click here.
Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: HALO) 16.5% HIGHER; Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) and Halozyme announced that the European Medicines Agency's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (EMA CHMP) has granted a Positive Opinion to Baxter for the use of HyQvia (solution for subcutaneous use) as replacement therapy for adult patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiencies. The product is a combination of human normal immunoglobulin (IGSC, 10%) and recombinant human hyaluronidase, which facilitates the dispersion and absorption of the IGSC.
FreeSeas Inc. (Nasdaq: FREE) 16.2% HIGHER; dry bulk shippers making strong moves to the upside again Friday. May have something to do with bailout discussion for Cyprus.

Rockwell Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMTI) 15.7% HIGHER; rebounding from quarterly results reported earlier in the week, as well as entering a 4.3 million common stock direct offering.
Micron Technology (Nasdaq: MU) 11.7% HIGHER; reported a loss of 28 cents per share and revenue of $2.1 billion, versus Street expectations calling for a loss of 20 cents per share and revenue of $1.92 billion. The company noted that results included losses of $120 million from changes in the market value of the company's currency hedges entered into in connection with its planned acquisition of Elpida Memory, Inc. and Rexchip Electronics Corporation and a loss of $62 million associated with the expected sale of the company's 200 millimeter wafer fabrication facility in Avezzano, Italy, in the first half of calendar 2013.
Parametric Sound Corp. (Nasdaq: PAMT) 9.3% LOWER; investors taking a little off the table after shares rose almost 300 percent over the last two months of trading.
ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: ACAD) 7.0% LOWER; pulling back after a 24 percent move higher Thursday following positive pimavanserin phase III data.
