Mens Wearhouse, Inc. (NYSE: MW) 20.0% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $608.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $610 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.70 - $2.80, versus the consensus of $2.77.

Double Eagle Petroleum Co. (Nasdaq: DBLE) 18.5% HIGHER; reported clean EPS of $1.20 for 2012, versus the consensus estimate calling for a loss of 10 cents per share.

Sigma Designs, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIGM) 18.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.54), $0.29 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.43 million. Sees Q1 2014 revenue of $49 - $52 million, versus the consensus of $51.7 million.

Suntech Power (NYSE: STP) 18.1% LOWER; lower on reports that a municipality in China won't move to rescue the company amid extreme cash burn.

Superconductor Technologies Inc. (SCON) 13.8% LOWER; pulling back today following a 70 percent rip higher on Wednesday. The company recently conducted a one-for-12 reverse split of its stock.

Velti plc (Nasdaq: VELT) 13.3% LOWER; Velti is continuing lower following fourth-quarter results issued on Tuesday. The company missed EPS expectations by 20 cents and also issued light guidance.

VirnetX Holding Corp (AMEX: VHC) 12.8% LOWER; reports Thursday afternoon have a jury in a VirnetX case against Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) unable to reach a verdict.

Ballard Power Systems (Nasdaq: BLDP) 14.6% HIGHER; announced the recent signing of an agreement between Van Hool NV, Europe's fourth largest bus manufacturer, and the Transit Authority in Aberdeen, Scotland for delivery of 10 buses that will be powered by Ballard's 150 kilowatt FCvelocityTM-HD6 fuel cell module.

Anadigics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD) 11.7% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $2.00 per share. The Company has also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase, at the same price per share as the underwriters paid for the initial shares, an additional 1,500,000 shares in connection with the offering.
