Logmein, Inc. (Nasdaq: LOGM) 29.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37 million versus the consensus estimate of $36.73 million. Sees Q113 EPS of $0.09-$0.10, versus the consensus of $0.18 and revenue of $36-$36.5 million, versus the consensus of $38.15 million. Also sees FY2013 EPS of $0.43-$0.49, versus the consensus of $0.81 and revenue of $154-$157 million, versus the consensus of $164.08 million.

Amicus Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FOLD) 24.4% LOWER; announced additional 6-month (Stage 1) results from the first ongoing Phase 3 global registration study (Study 011) of investigational oral migalastat HCl monotherapy (150 mg, every-other-day) in males and females with Fabry disease who had genetic mutations identified as amenable to migalastat HCl in a cell-based assay. eHealth, Inc. (Nasdaq: EHTH) 22.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $45.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.15 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $0.61-$0.71, versus the consensus of $0.48 and revenue of $168-$174 million, versus the consensus of $172.87 million. Traders appear to be selling the news Friday.

Uranium Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: URRE) (URI) 22.3% HIGHER; has secured $9 million in new surety bonds for the benefit of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for remediation and reclamation activities at the Company’s South Texas projects. The new bonds will require $4.5 million in cash collateral and will replace the existing $9.0 million of fully collateralized financial surety instruments that are currently providing the financial surety requirements for the projects. As a result of the lower cash collateral requirement, $4.5 million will be released back to URI.

Qlik Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: QLIK) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $126.76 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $-0.15--$0.12, versus the consensus of $-0.01. Qlik Technologies sees FY2013 EPS of $0.39-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.38.

China Jo-Jo Drugstores, Inc. (Nasdaq: CJJD) 16.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.26), versus $0.12 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.6 million, versus $25.64 million reported last year.

inContact, Inc. (Nasdaq: SAAS) 16.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.01), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $29.28 million.

BioFuel Energy Corp. (Nasdaq: BIOF) 16.0% HIGHER; both Dan Loeb and David Einhorn maintained stakes in the company through Q412.

Gleacher & Company, Inc (Nasdaq: GLCH) 16.0% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.88 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.21 million.
