Tandy Brands Accessories, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBAC) 37.1% LOWER; filed to report Q4 results late.

Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) 36.5% HIGHER; AB InBev (NYSE: BUD) announced a new plan to complete its acquisition of Grupo Modelo. The plan includes divestiture of Crown Imports.

Artio Global Investors (NYSE: ART) 32.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.02, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $22.35 million.

Nanosphere, Inc. (Nasdaq: NSPH) 31.8% LOWER; reported improved Q4 results and also announced that Michael K. McGarrity will succeed William P. Moffitt as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) 30.9% LOWER; announced its Board of Directors has authorized the Company's management team to explore a broad range of strategic alternatives to further enhance shareholder value. Angie's List (Nasdaq: ANGI) 22.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.58 million. Sees FY2013 revenue of $51-$52 million, versus the consensus of $49.4 million.
