Datalink (Nasdaq: DTLK) 31.1% HIGHER; expects to exceed Q4 sales and EPS guidance. Sees sales about $90 million, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.21 - $0.24. The Street is currently looking for quarterly sales of $75.74 million with EPS of $0.13.

Ener1, Inc. (Nasdaq: HEV) 32.1% HIGHER; today signed a joint venture agreement to co-manufacture Li-ion cells and battery packs for the rapidly growing Chinese market.

Technology Research Corporation (Nasdaq: TRCI) 29.2% HIGHER; announced that it had received an unsolicited indication of interest from Coleman Cable, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCIX) in acquiring TRC at a price of $5.50 per share in cash. Also announced that their Board has adopted a Shareholder Rights Plan and declared a dividend of one right on each outstanding share of TRC's common stock. The Rights Plan has a term of two years.

ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARIA) 28.6% HIGHER; announced top-line data showing that ridaforolimus, an investigational oral mTOR inhibitor, met the primary endpoint of improved progression-free survival compared to placebo in the Phase 3 SUCCEED trial conducted in patients with metastatic soft-tissue or bone sarcomas who previously had a favorable response to chemotherapy.

Samson Oil & Gas (AMEX: SSN) 22.2% HIGHER; these speculative oil plays have seen sharply increased momentum over the last several weeks. Shares of SSN surged 31% last week. See also Mexco Energy (AMEX: MXC).

Constar International Inc. (Nasdaq: CNST) 21.0% LOWER; after the market closed Friday, Constar received a delisting notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that in connection with the Company’s filing of Chapter 11 cases that day, and in accordance with Listing Rules 5101, 5110(b) and IM-5101-1.

Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALXA) 18.0% LOWER; announced that it has completed its end-of-review meeting with the FDA related to its AZ-004 (Staccato Loxapine) NDA. Alexza has said that it plans to resubmit the NDA for AZ-044 in July. The company believes that the issues raised by the FDA are "resolvable."

Sterling Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBIB) 15.7% HIGHER; Comerica Incorporated and Sterling have entered into agreement for Comerica to acquire Sterling in a deal valued at $10 per SBIB share, or $1.027 billion. Also reported Q4 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02.

Borders (NYSE: BGP) 14.3% LOWER; following a 30% surge on Friday amid hopes of refinancing, traders are taking profits this morning. Volume remains heavy.

Hyperdynamics (NYSE: HDY) 13.9% LOWER; traders are continuing to take profits this week following a massive 200% rally since the beginning of November. Additionally, traders might be chewing over an article on Seeking Alpha over the weekend evaluating prospects for the company following the run up since November.

Mad Catz (AMEX: MCZ) 13.0% LOWER; technicians are selling the stock today as shares have fallen below the psychological $1 level for the first time since the end of December.
