Tessco Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TESS) 10.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.65, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.08 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.05 to $2.15, versus the consensus of $2.09.

Life Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: LIFE) 10.3% HIGHER; has retained Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Moelis & Company LLC to assist in its annual strategic review. The board of directors has not decided on any specific course of action.

Orient Paper, Inc. (NYSE: ONP) 10.0% HIGHER; moving higher on stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter GDP growth in China.

Daqo New Energy Corp. (NYSE: DQ) 9.2% HIGHER; also ticking higher on China data.

VOC Energy Trust (NYSE: VOC) 9.1% LOWER; announced the Trust distribution of Net Profits for the fourth quarterly payment period ended December 31, 2012. Unitholders of record on January 30, 2013 will receive a distribution amounting to $4,420,000 or $0.26 per unit, payable February 14, 2013.

Movado Group Inc. (NYSE: MOV) 8.6% HIGHER; Citi upgraded Movado from Neutral to Buy.

Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) 7.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.41, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.62 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.88 billion.

GEO Group, Inc. (NYSE: GEO) 7.6% LOWER; received a favorable private letter ruling from the Internal Revenue Service in connection with GEO’s previously announced conversion to a real estate investment trust. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

Finisar (Nasdaq: FNSR) 7.6% LOWER; Jefferies downgraded Finisar from Hold to Underperform, moving its price target from $14 down to $7.50.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) 7.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.02 billion. Excluding DVA, Fourth Quarter Net Revenues were $7.5 billion. For more color, click here.
