U.S. Coast Guard Selects decision/analysis partners LLC for Mission-critical Logistics Project

$5 million contract will support logistics transformation program

FAIRFAX, Va., July 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The U.S. Coast Guard announced that it has awarded decision/analysis partners LLC, a management consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, a $5 million contract to assist its Logistics Transformation effort. The three-year contract calls for decision/analysis to continue its analytical support of the Logistics Transformation Program Integration Office (LTPIO). Under this project decision/analysis partners will provide:

-- Logistics Requirements Development and Management

-- Risk Assessment and Change Management

-- Marketing and Communications

-- Infrastructure & Organization Base-lining/Realignment Analyses

-- Business Case Analyses

-- Facilitation
