reported Q1 EPS of $0.35, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $986 million. The company sees Q213 EPS of $0.29 - $0.35 and revs of $975 million to $1.025 billion. The Street is looking for EPS of $0.34 and revs of $1.02 billion. For FY13, Adobe raised its EPS outlook to about $1.45 and revs to $4.1 billion, with the Street at EPS of $1.41 and revs of $4.12 billion.

Memorial Production Partners LP (Nasdaq: MEMP) 4% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests in MEMP. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 common units.
Cintas Corp (NASDAQ: CTAS) 3% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.60, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.61. New Mountain Finance Corporation (NYSE: NMFC) 3% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten primary offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock and a concurrent underwritten secondary offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock on behalf of a selling stockholder, New Mountain Finance AIV Holdings Corporation (“AIV Holdings”). In connection with the proposed offering, AIV Holdings intends to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.
RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) 2% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 common shares of beneficial interest. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,725,000 common shares.
Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSII) 2% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions, in an underwritten public offering.
