EnteroMedics Inc. (NASDAQ: ETRM) 50% LOWER; announced results from its randomized ReCharge Pivotal Trial of VBLOC vagal blocking therapy for the treatment of obesity. The trial demonstrated a clinically meaningful and statistically significant excess weight loss (EWL) of 24.4% for VBLOC Therapy-treated patients, with 52.5% of patients achieving at least 20% EWL. The trial met its primary safety endpoint, though it did not meet its predefined primary efficacy measures.

Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN) 15% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.35, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $492.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $492.42 million. Nuance Communications, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $1.76-1.87, versus prior guidance of $1.84-1.94 and the consensus of $1.89. Nuance Communications, Inc. sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.36-0.45, versus the consensus of $0.44.

Linkedin (NYSE: LNKD) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter rose 81% to $303.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $279.5 million. The company sees Q1 revenues of $305 - $310 million, versus the consensus of $301.2 million. Q1 Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range between $67 million and $69 million. The company sees FY13 revenues of $1.41 billion to $1.44 billion, versus the consensus of $1.44 billion. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range between $315 million and $330 million.

Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) 8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.93, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $564.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $580.19 million. Coinstar, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $4.91-5.51, versus the consensus of $5.15. NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.72, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.66 million. NCR Corp. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.65-2.75, versus the consensus of $2.58.

Web.com Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWWW) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $126.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $125.21 million.

Intuit, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) 1% LOWER; announced it expects an additional shift of tax revenue and GAAP and non-GAAP operating income from its second fiscal quarter to its third fiscal quarter due to the late passage of tax legislation and the Internal Revenue Service’s delay in opening e-file. The company’s second fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31. The third quarter ends April 30. All other business segments performed within Intuit’s expectations for the second quarter. Intuit expects to report second-quarter revenue of $960 million to $965 million; GAAP operating income of $85 million to $90 million; and non-GAAP operating income of $145 million to $150 million. The Street is looking for Q2 EPS of $0.42 and revs of $1.03 billion.
