Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion. First Solar, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.70-0.90, versus the consensus of $0.94. The company sees Q1 2013 net sales of $650-$750 million versus the consensus of $828.95 million.

Zagg Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $87.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.66 million. Zagg Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $313-318 million, versus the consensus of $308.1 million.
MAKO Surgical Corp (NASDAQ: MAKO) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Adjusted EBITDA for the 4th quarter 2012 was $426 million, an increase of 23.7% over a year ago.
Edison International (NYSE: EIX) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.79, $0.75 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion.
Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) 2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $369.33 million versus the consensus estimate of $338.55 million.
Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 2% LOWER; founder Richard Schulze is having trouble securing financing for his planned takeover of the retailer. According to sources cited by Reuters, attempts failed, and alternative strategies that include a minority interest may not work out either.
TiVo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Service and technology revenues were $65.7 million, which was the highest in TiVo's history. This compared to guidance of $63 million to $65 million and $50 million for the same quarter last year.
DreamWorks Animation (NASDAQ: DWA) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.98), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $264.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $213.17 million.
