Millennial Media (NYSE: MM) 25% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.89 million. Millennial Media sees Q1 2013 revenue of $48-50 million, versus the consensus of $56.41 million. Millennial Media sees FY2013 revenue of $270-280 million, versus the consensus of $286.4 million.

La-Z-boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 10% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $349.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.8 million.
Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $368 million versus the consensus estimate of $367.07 million.
Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOPE) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.46, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $141.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $136.09 million
Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS) 4% HIGHER; signed a patent license agreement with LSI Corporation (NASDAQ: LSI). Also, updated its revenue guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. With the addition of a one-time payment license agreement, the Company revised its revenue guidance for the quarter to be between $65 million to $69 million. Rambus initially provided revenue guidance for the quarter in the range of $58 million to $63 million. The Street sees revs of $61 million.
Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $309.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $309.07 million.
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.11 billion.
Financial Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGN) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.16. Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE: NBR) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.44, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.66 billion.
NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) 2% LOWER; has commenced an underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,500,000 additional shares of common stock.
