Angie's List (NASDAQ: ANGI) 20% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $46.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.58 million. Angie's List sees FY2013 revenue of $51-52 million, versus the consensus of $49.4 million.

Weight Watchers Int'l (NYSE: WTW) 15% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.96, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $407.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $397.56 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $3.50-4.00, versus the consensus of $4.75.

CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) 13% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.58 billion. CenturyLink sees FY2013 EPS of $0.67-0.72, versus the consensus of $0.66. CenturyLink sees FY2013 revenue of $4.46-4.51 billion, versus the consensus of $4.55 billion. CenturyLink sees FY2013 EPS of $2.50-2.70, versus the consensus of $2.64. CenturyLink sees FY2013 revenue of $18.1-18.3 billion, versus the consensus of $18.22 billion. CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL) said it board of directors authorized the repurchase of up to an aggregate $2.0 billion of the company's outstanding common stock. In connection with the new repurchase program, the board also indicated its intention to revise the company's quarterly dividend rate to $0.54 from $0.725 per share. The board expects to approve this new rate at its next regularly-scheduled meeting on February 26, 2013, with the change effective with the March 2013 quarterly dividend payment.

Skechers USA Inc. (NYSE: SKX) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $395.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.62 million.

Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.58, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $523.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $472.88 million. Itron, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.00-3.25, versus the consensus of $3.66.

Tripadvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $169.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.64 million. Authorizes $250 million share buyback plan.

Blucora (NASDAQ: BCOR) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, versus $0.17 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $93.91 million. Blucora sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.93-0.97. Blucora sees Q1 2013 revenue of $156-161 million, versus the consensus of $158.21 million.

Zillow, Inc. (NASDAQ: Z) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter rose 73% to $34.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.47 million.

Valueclick, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $199.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $199.21 million. Valueclick, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.39-0.41, versus the consensus of $0.39. Valueclick, Inc. sees Q1 2013 revenue of $165-168 million, versus the consensus of $165.34 million.

Whole Foods Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFM) 6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.78, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came rose 13.7 percent to $3.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.86 billion. Comparable store sales increased 7.2%. Whole Foods Market, Inc. reiterated its FY2013 guidance. Based on its year-to-date results, the Company is narrowing its comparable and identical store sales growth ranges for the fiscal year, keeping the midpoints approximately in line with its prior outlook, while maintaining EPS of $2.83 to $2.87.

Forrester Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORR) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $74.14 million. Forrester Research, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $0.79-0.86, versus the consensus of $1.14. Mondelez Int (NASDAQ: MDLZ) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.71 billion. Mondelez Int sees FY2013 EPS of $1.52-1.57, versus the consensus of $1.58. The outlook reflects average 2012 foreign currency rates as well as the recent devaluation of the Venezuelan bolivar. Sees revs at low-end of long-term growth target of 5 to 7 percent.

Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) 4% LOWER; announced that it is commencing a public offering of 8 million shares of its common stock. Citigroup, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as the joint book-running managers on the offering. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares of the Company’s common stock.

Applied Materials, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAT) 3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.06, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.57 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.54 billion. Applied Materials, Inc. sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.09-0.15, versus the consensus of $0.11.

Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS from cont. ops of $0.66, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $506.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $504.57 million. Equinix, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $518-522, versus the consensus of $524.86. Equinix, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of at least $2.2 billion, versus the consensus of $2.22 billion.

NVIDIA Corp (NASDAQ: NVDA) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Non-gaap EPS was $0.28 versus the analyst estimates of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.11 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.1 billion. NVIDIA sees Q114 revs of $940 million +/- 2 percent, which is below the consensus of $1.07 billion.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) 2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came rose 5% to $12.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.06 billion. On its call, Cisco Systems said it sees Q3 EPS of $0.48-$0.50, versus the consensus of $0.49. Sees Q3 revs up 4-6%
