Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.41, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.62 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.88 billion.
Trius Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSRX) 6% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Citigroup and Leerink Swann are acting as joint book-running managers and Baird is acting as a co-lead manager. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $13.76 billion. Intel sees Q113 revs of $12.2 billion to $13.2 billion, versus $12.91 billion consensus. Gross margin percentage: 58 percent, plus or minus a couple percentage points.
Tessco Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TESS) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.65, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.08 million. Tessco Technologies, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.05-2.15, versus the consensus of $2.09
