Revenue for the quarter came in at $57.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.27 million. Ruckus Wireless sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.03-0.04, versus the consensus of $0.04. Ruckus Wireless sees Q2 2013 revenue of $61-64 million, versus the consensus of $67.3 million.

Santarus, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNTS) 11% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.32, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $74.7 million.

Mercado Libre, Inc. (NASDAQ: MELI) 10% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.53, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came rose 36.3% in local currencies to $102.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $97.44 million.

Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBDC) 3% LOWER; plans to make a public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Generac Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GNRC) 2% LOWER; announced an underwritten secondary offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock by funds affiliated with CCMP Capital pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.

Scotts Miracle-Gro (NYSE: SMG) 2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.60, $0.40 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.13 billion. Scotts Miracle-Gro affirms FY2013 EPS of $2.50-2.75, versus the consensus of $2.61.

Pegasystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.23, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.25 million versus the consensus estimate of $118.14 million.

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) 1% LOWER; announced today the sale of an aggregate of 49,800,405 shares of common stock of Hertz Holdings by investment funds associated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC ("CDR"), The Carlyle Group ("Carlyle") and BofA Merrill Lynch ("Merrill Lynch" and, together with CDR and Carlyle, the "Sponsors") to Goldman, Sachs & Co., as the sole underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares.

Colfax (NYSE: CFX) 1% LOWER; announced after the close that it and BDT Capital Partners, LLC and certain of its affiliated entities are offering an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of common stock in a public offering. Colfax is selling 7,000,000 shares in the offering and BDT Capital is selling 3,000,000 shares.

First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.69, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $755 million versus the consensus estimate of $725.26 million. The company maintained its FY13 outlook issued in April. In April, First Solar said it sees EPS of $4.00-$4.50 and net sales of $3.8-$4 billion.
