Chico's FAS Inc. (NYSE: CHS) 19.5% LOWER; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.30, in-line with estimates.(0.30) Revenues were $405 million vs. $408.60 million consensus. Total stock-based compensation expense for the second quarter of fiscal 2006 increased approximately $3.3 million, net of tax, or $.02 per diluted share over the prior year's second quarter. Sees Q3 EPS between $0.26-0.28 (Net of $.02 per diluted share associated with the increase in total stock-based compensation expense) vs. consensus of $0.32. Sees FY EPS between $1.10-1.14 (Net of $.08 per diluted share associated with the increase in total stock-based compensation expense) vs. consensus of $1.21.

Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) 10.5% LOWER: Reports Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.30, 7 cents better than estimates.(0.23) Revenues were $825.5 million vs. $833.67 million consensus. Howard Lester, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Despite potential opportunities, however, we believe that it is only prudent to reduce our third and fourth quarter guidance to reflect the trends that we are seeing today -- predominantly in Pottery Barn, our largest brand. Therefore, we are reducing our fiscal year 2006 revenue guidance from $3.832 to $3.902 billion to $3.754 to $3.804 billion and our fiscal year 2006 GAAP diluted earnings per share guidance from $1.97 to $2.01 to $1.87 to $1.94 per diluted share." Current FY EPS consensus is $1.97 and revenues are $3.87 billion.

Coldwater Creek (Nasdaq: CWTR) 9.5% HIGHER; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.13, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.10) Revenues were $216.4 million vs. $197.37 million consensus.

Cell Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: CTIC) 8.2% HIGHER; Announced positive data from a phase I study of weekly XYOTAX given in combination with radiation for patients with esophageal or gastric cancer.

Convera Corporation (NASDAQ: CNVR) 9.2% LOWER; Reports a Q2 loss of $0.21 compared to $0.00 (breakeven) for the same period last year. Revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2007 totaled $3.3 million, a 58% decrease when compared to the year-ago quarter principally due to a decline in RetrievalWare license sales.

Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) 7.5% LOWER; Reports Q3 EPS of $0.72 vs. consensus of $0.60 (may not be comparable due to several charges for the quarter). Revenues were $225.96 million vs. $220.34 million consensus.

eBay Inc. (Nasdaq: EBAY) 2.6% LOWER; Piper Jaffray Downgrades to Underperform

Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NYSE: BRL) 2.2% HIGHER; U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the Supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) filed by Barr's wholly-owned subsidiary, Duramed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., to market the Plan BŪ (levonorgestrel) emergency contraceptive Over-The-Counter (OTC) without a prescription.

Coach Inc. (NYSE: COH) 1.8% LOWER; Piper Jaffray downgrades the stock to Market Perform
