Local.com Corporation (Nasdaq: LOCM) 59% HIGHER; announced it has been awarded patent number 7,200,413 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the method of responding to enhanced directory assistance inquiries using various protocols including voice-enabled and SMS systems.

Interoil Corp. (AMEX: IOC) 28.6% HIGHER; Raymond James upgrades to Strong Buy. The stock was down 55% last week.

Option Care, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPTN) 25% HIGHER; Walgreen Co. (NYSE: WAG) will acquire Option Care in a cash transaction for $19.50 per share. With the assumption of some debt, the transaction has a total enterprise value of approximately $850 million.

Virgin Media, Inc. (Nasdaq: VMED) 19% HIGHER; Confirmed it has been approached with a buyout offer. Various media reports suggested The Carlyle Group is looking to acquire the company. The company hired Goldman Sachs to review its alternatives.

Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMP) 17.7% LOWER; said its Board of Directors has concluded that none of the indications of interest received to date for the acquisition of the Company represented or was likely to lead to a transaction that was in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

Advanced Life Sciences Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADLS) 17.6% LOWER; announced the confirmation of supplemental efficacy data from Trial CL-06, the first of two pivotal Phase 3 clinical trials designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of cethromycin, a novel once-a-day antibiotic, for the treatment of community acquired pneumonia. The Company also updated the projected timeline for the announcement of top-line data from the second pivotal Phase 3 CAP study, Trial CL-05.

Penford Corporation (Nasdaq: PENX) 15% HIGHER; Sees continued momentum after report results on 06/28.

North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NPSI) 13.5% HIGHER; Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNSL) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. for $25 per share in a taxable cash and stock transaction with a total consideration of $375.1 million, based on Consolidated\\\'s June 29, 2007 closing price.

Shares of Linn Energy, LLC (Nasdaq: LINE) 13% HIGHER; signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire certain oil and gas properties in the Mid-Continent from Dominion Resources, Inc. (NYSE: D) for a contract price of $2.05 billion.

MRV Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVC) 12% LOWER; Closes Fiberxon Acquisition; Lowers Q2 EPS Guidance

Dobson Communications (Nasdaq: DCEL) 11.6% HIGHER; AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced that it will acquire Dobson Communications for approximately $2.8 billion in cash. Under terms of the agreement, approved by the boards of directors of both companies, Dobson stockholders will receive $13.00 per share for a total equity price of $2.8 billion on a fully-diluted basis.
