EpiCept Corporation (Nasdaq: EPCT) 65% HIGHER; Findings presented by partner Genetics Myriad (Nasdaq: MYGN) indicate the potential of Azixa to act as a vascular disrupting agent (VDA), in addition to its previously demonstrated apoptosis inducing capabilities.

MDI, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDII) 26% HIGHER; MDI, a provider of Unified Technology solutions for the security industry, announced that it has delivered an advanced order for immediate installation at two new school campuses in California by Certified MDI Security Integration Partner, Construction Electronics, Incorporated (CEI).

Saia, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIA) 20% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.31 (ex-charges of $0.10) vs. consensus of $0.24. Revenues were $231.8 million vs. $216.85 million consensus.

Rightnow Technologies (Nasdaq: RNOW) 18.7% LOWER; Reports Q4 loss of $0.04 per share, ex-items, versus the consensus of a $0.01 loss. Revenues came in at $28.8 million versus the consensus of $28.1 million. Several brokers downgraded the stock this morning.

Mentor Corp (NYSE: MNT) 18% LOWER; Expects Fiscal 2007 sales of $300 million to $302 million. The Company had previously guided that sales would be in the range of $305 million to $315 million. The consensus is $309.3 million. Mentor sees 2008 sales of $340 million to $355 million. The consensus is $371.9 million.

Capitol Bancorp Limited (NYSE: CBC) 17.3% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.36 vs. consensus of $0.64. "Despite the first quarter earnings setback," Chairman and CEO Joseph D. Reid said, "we remain focused on national growth. A year ago, we had 42 individually chartered banks; today we have 51, and are on track to address de novo opportunities with additional community bank openings scheduled for 2007."

Stamps.com (Nasdaq: STMP) 15.6% LOWER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.14, in-line with estimates.(0.14) Revenues were $20.00 million vs. $21.59 million consensus. Sees FY EPS between $0.67-0.77 vs. consensus of $0.77. Also, broker downgrades this morning.

Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) 12.4% HIGHER; Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) made an acquisition proposal to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Genesco for $46 per share in cash, subject to certain terms and conditions.

Deerfield Triarc Capital (NYSE: DFR) 12.2% HIGHER; Company to acquire Deerfield & Company LLC from Triarc Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRY), which owns a controlling interest in Deerfield, and its other members for an aggregate consideration of approximately $290 million, consisting of approximately 9,635,000 million shares of DFR common stock having a current value of approximately $145 million and $145 million in cash.

Oakley (NYSE: OO) 9.4% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.08, 5 cents better than estimates.(0.03) Revenues were $199.2 million vs. $181.25 million consensus. Sees FY EPS of $0.95-0.98 vs. $0.96 consensus.

Satyam Computer (NYSE: SAY) 8.8% HIGHER; Company reports quarterly profits rose 38.6% vs. prior year.
