Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOLD) 43% LOWER; Study 011 missed its primary endpoint.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) 39% HIGHER; IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) confirmed a deal to acquire NYSE for $33.12 per share in cash and stock, or a total of approximately $8.2 billion. ICE is up 5.4%.

Allscripts-Misys (NASDAQ: MDRX) 15% LOWER; CEO steps down, sales process ends with no deal.

Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) 14% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.28 billion. Same store sales for the quarter decreased 1.5 percent over the prior year 13-week period, consisting of a 1.1 percent increase in front end sales offset by a 2.7 percent decrease in pharmacy sales. Rite Aid sees FY2013 EPS of $-0.05-0.03, versus the consensus of $-0.15. Rite Aid sees FY2013 revenue of $25.15-25.30 billion, versus the consensus of $25.36 billion.

Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) 9% HIGHER; reports from L'Agefi that Roche has agreed to pay $66 per share for the company although a deal has not been finalized.

VIVUS, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVUS) 7% HIGHER; announced that Express Scriptsadded Qsymia™ to its national pharmacy formularies, allowing for coverage where available by benefit design of the first new FDA-approved medication commercially available in the U.S. in over a decade for the treatment of chronic weight management. Also, takeover speculation surrounds the name.

SandRidge Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SD) 8% HIGHER; signed a definitive agreement to sell its Permian Basin properties to Sheridan Production Partners II, a privately held Houston-based oil and gas company, for $2.6 billion in cash. SandRidge announced on November 8 that it was exploring the sale of the assets.

Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) 6% HIGHER; Up on IntercontinentalExchange/NYSE deal

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.61, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.41 billion. Sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.50-0.58, versus the consensus of $0.59. Jabil Circuit, Inc. sees Q2 2013 revenue of $4.3-4.5 billion, versus the consensus of $4.38 billion.

ARRIS Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRS) 6% HIGHER; The company and Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG) today jointly announced that ARRIS and Motorola Mobility, a Google subsidiary, have entered into a definitive agreement under which ARRIS will acquire the Motorola Home business from Motorola Mobility, for $2.35 billion in a cash-and-stock transaction approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) 5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.06, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.67 million versus the consensus estimate of $7.29 million. Accenture expects net revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2013 to be in the range of $6.9 billion to $7.15 billion, versus the consensus of $7.17 billion. Accenture sees FY2013 EPS of $4.24-4.32, versus prior guidance of $4.22-4.30 and the consensus of $4.27. For fiscal 2013, the company continues to expect net revenue growth to be in the range of 5 percent to 8 percent in local currency.

Greenbrier Cos. (NYSE: GBX) 4% LOWER; downgraded at Stifel Nicolaus, Raymond James. Uncertainty about American Railcar (Nasdaq: ARII) deal.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $578.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $567.06 million.

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.03, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.73 billion. Comparable store sales in the fiscal third quarter increased by approximately 1.7%, compared with an increase of approximately 4.1% in last year's fiscal third quarter. Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. sees Q4 2012 EPS of $1.60-1.67, versus the consensus of $1.75. Bed Bath & Beyond sees FY12 EPS of approximately $4.48 to $4.54, versus the consensus of $4.62. Announces new $2.5 billion stock buyback.

ConAgra Foods, Inc. (NYSE: CAG) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.69 billion. ConAgra Foods, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of at least $2.06, versus prior guidance of $2.03-2.06 and the consensus of $2.07.

Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE: BKR) 3% HIGHER; holder DC Capital Partners offers to acquire the company for $24.25/share through KS International.

iscover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.07, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.96 billion.

Endo Health Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ENDP) 1% LOWER; said the U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, dismissed the case of Endo's subsidiary, Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

Freeport-McMoRan (NYSE: FCX) 1% HIGHER; Deutsche Bank upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $40.00 after reinstating coverage.
