Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE: BXG) 68% HIGHER; BFC Financial Corporation (OTCBB: BFCF) to acquire the company for $10 per share in cash.

AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACRX) 28% HIGHER; announced top-line data showing that the open-label Phase 3 study of its investigational sublingual (under the tongue) Sufentanil NanoTab PCA (patient-controlled analgesia) System met its primary endpoint of non-inferiority in patient global assessment (PGA) with method of pain control in comparison to intravenous (IV) PCA with morphine. Additional analyses also showed that in this study the NanoTab System was statistically significantly superior to IV morphine for the PGA measurement. In addition, using validated assessment tools, nurses managing patients in the study and the patients themselves reported that they had significantly greater Overall Satisfaction with the NanoTab System compared to IV PCA morphine and significantly greater Overall Ease of Care with the NanoTab System compared to IV PCA morphine.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMND) 18% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.22), $0.86 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $223.07 million versus the consensus estimate of $271.04 million. Diamond Foods, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $975-980 million, versus the consensus of $941.75 million

AspenBio Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPY) 16% LOWER; announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering. The company is offering 1,476,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $2.10 per share

E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) 14% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.95), $0.70 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $204.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.99 million. E-Commerce China Dangdang sees FY2012 revenue of $265 million, versus expectations of $259.72 million.

Eloqua, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELOQ) 11% HIGHER; sees upside

NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) 11% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.54 billion. NetApp, Inc. sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.53-0.58. NetApp, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $1.58-1.68 billion, versus the consensus of $1.62 billion.

Petsmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) 6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.75, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.62 billion. Petsmart, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $3.47-3.51, versus prior guidance of $3.30-3.40 and the consensus of $3.40. The company also announced that its CFO will resign in early 2014.

Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ: SAVE) 5% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $21.00.

Solazyme (NASDAQ: SZYM) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 Loss of $0.37 vs. estimate of ($0.38). Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.58 million versus the consensus estimate of $8.03 million.

DryShips, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) 5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.09), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $318.05 million versus the consensus estimate of $331.52 million

AK Steel Holding Corporation (NYSE: AKS) 5% LOWER; priced 22 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share
