Repros Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: RPRX) 79% HIGHER; reported top-line results for the first pivotal study of Androxal, ZA-301, in the treatment of secondary hypogonadism. Results for the Intent-to-Treat population met both co-primary endpoints mandated by the FDA. The Intent-to-Treat population included all men randomized in the study whether or not they completed the study.

Oncolytics Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONCY) 9% HIGHER; has met the primary overall statistical endpoint in its U.S. Phase 2 single arm clinical trial in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (SCCLC) using intravenous administration of REOLYSIN in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel in patients with metastatic stage IIIB, or stage IV, or recurrent SCCLC who are chemotherapy naive for their metastatic or recurrent cancer (REO 021).

Five Below (NASDAQ: FIVE) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $173.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $170.22 million. Five Below sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.02-0.03, versus the consensus of $0.05. Five Below sees Q1 2013 revenue of $92-94 million, versus the consensus of $94.21 million. Five Below sees FY2013 EPS of $0.62-0.65, versus the consensus of $0.70. Deckers Outdoor Corp. (NASDAQ: DECK) 6% HIGHER; Jefferies raises PT to $100

Shares of Array Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 6% LOWER; entered into a Sales Agreement for an at-the-market offering of shares of our common stock with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., as sales agent thereunder. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Agreement, Array may from time to time issue and sell through Cantor, as our sales agent, shares of Array’s authorized but previously unissued common stock having an aggregate market value of up to $75,000,000.

The ExOne (NASDAQ: XONE) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 revenue of $12.7 million, up from $2.7 million reported in the same quarter last year. ExOne swung from a net loss of $2.59 million in last year's fourth quarter to profit of $0.9 million in the recent quarter. For the full year of 2012 revenue was $28.7 million, up 87.6% from revenue of $15.3 million in 2011. Net loss in 2012 was $10.2 million, compared with a net loss of $8.0 million in 2011. The Company sees FY2013 revenue of $48-$52 million, versus the consensus of $49.7 million.

Zogenix Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 5% LOWER; entered into a Controlled Equity OfferingSM Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., as sales agent, under which the Company may, from time to time, sell shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, having an aggregate offering price of up to $25.0 million through Cantor.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.16, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $2.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.56 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.46 billion. Consolidated comparable store sales decreased 4.6% compared to the prior year quarter. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.38-$0.43, versus the consensus of $0.56. Comps down 8 - 5.5 percent. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.75-$3.15, versus the consensus of $3.12. Comps down 6 percent to up 1.5 percent

Steelcase Inc. (NYSE: SCS) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $0.22, or EPS of $0.09 ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $721.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $709.47 million. Steelcase Inc. sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.09-0.13, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.18. Steelcase Inc. sees Q1 2014 revenue of $680-705 million, versus the consensus of $711.45 million.

Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $348 million versus the consensus estimate of $349.64 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.30 to $0.31 versus the consensus of $0.32. The company sees Q1 revenues of $358-$361 million, versus the consensus of $366.64 million.

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) 4% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 common shares. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,050,000 additional common shares.

BlackBerry (Nasdaq: BBRY) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.22, versus the analyst estimate of a loss of $0.30 per share. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.84 billion.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) 3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.00, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.07 billion. Accenture sees Q3 2013 revenue of $7.25-7.5 billion versus the consensus of $7.6 billion. Accenture sees FY2013 EPS of $4.24-4.32, versus the consensus of $4.26. Accenture sees FY2013 revenue of $31-34 billion, versus the consensus of $29.3 billion.

Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) 2% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of 30.0 million common shares at a price to the public of $50.75 per share. The shares are being sold by certain existing shareholders. No shares are being sold by the Company in this offering, and it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

US Airways Group, Inc. (NYSE: LCC) 2% HIGHER; bankruptcy judge approves AMR merger

Genworth Financial, Inc. (NYSE: GNW) 2% HIGHER; reached an agreement to sell its Wealth Management business, including Genworth Financial Wealth Management and alternative solutions provider, the Altegris companies, to a partnership of Aquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital. The sale price is expected to be approximately $412.5 million and the company will record an after-tax loss of approximately $40 million related to the sale.

Biogen Idec Inc. (NASDAQ: BIIB) 2% HIGHER; positive analyst commentary around FDA approval

Verint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.91, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $230.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $226.28 million. Verint Systems, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.70-2.80, versus the consensus of $2.78.

Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYX) 1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.40, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $593.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $592.62 million.
