ZaZa Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: ZAZA) 21% HIGHER; entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell ~10,000 net acres of the Companys properties located in Fayette, Gonzalez and Lavaca Counties, Texas, which the Company refers to as its Moulton properties (Moulton). This transaction includes all of the Companys interest in seven producing wells located in Moulton.

Otelco Inc. (NYSE: OTT) 13% LOWER; files for bankruptcy

Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDIX) 8% LOWER; announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board (USPTO) issued a decision in the first phase of the ongoing interference concerning one of the Company's patent applications (U.S. Patent Application 12/131,868) and an issued patent ( U.S. Patent 7,429,572) owned by Gilead Pharmasset LLC (Nasdaq: GILD) that covers certain 2'-methyl- 2'-fluoro nucleoside compounds useful in the treatment of the hepatitis C virus.

Apollo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: APOL) 7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, versus the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $834.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $822.8 million. On March 22, 2013, the Apollo Group Board of Directors approved a share repurchase authorization up to an aggregate amount of $250 million. Apollo Group, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $3.65 billion to $3.75 billion, versus the consensus of $3.73 billion.

Dollar General (NYSE: DG) font color="limegreen">5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.97, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.26 billion. Fourth Quarter Same-Store Sales Increased 3.0 percent. Dollar General sees FY2013 EPS of $3.15-3.30, versus the consensus of $3.27.

Galena Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: GALE) 4% HIGHER; new Buy rating and $3.50/tgt at Needham & Company.

Array BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) 4% HIGHER; upgraded to Overweight at Piper Jaffray.
