Affymax, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFFY) 52% LOWER; resumes trading down 38 percent following workforce cut and a warning of a potential bankruptcy

Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) 46% LOWER; rwill delay filing of its annual 10-K with the U.S. SEC.

Shares of Star Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: STSI) 14% LOWER; disclosed in its 10-K that the company is responding to a United States Attorney's Office subpoena related to private placements and related party transactions since 2006.

NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: NPSP) 11% HIGHER; NPS and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited announced that NPS has re-gained the full worldwide rights to teduglutide (trade name in Europe: Revestive) and recombinant human parathyroid hormone 1-84 (PTH 1-84) (trade name in Europe: Preotact). NPS licensed the commercial rights to Preotact and Revestive in 2004 and 2007, respectively, for territories outside of North America to Nycomed, which was acquired by Takeda in 2011.

DSW (NYSE: DSW) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $594.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $602.27 million. DSW sees FY2013 EPS of $3.30-3.40, versus the consensus of $3.38.

Skullcandy, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKUL) 7% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors has appointed Hoby Darling as President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.

lululemon athletica, Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) 7% LOWER; announced a shortage of luon pants and cutting its outlook. The firm sees Q1 revenues of $333 million to $343 million versus the cosnensus of 353.66 million.

AmerisourceBergen (NYSE: ABC) 7% HIGHER; entered long-term contract with Walgreen Company (NYSE: WAG) and Alliance Boots GmbH.

Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH) 7% LOWER; losses Walgreen contract to AmerisourceBergen

Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTM) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.18), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.23).

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) 6% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $17.00 (from $21.00), suggesting 16 percent downside. The firm cited competitive and disruptive pressures.

LRR Energy, L.P. (NYSE: LRE) 5% LOWER; plans to conduct an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 common units, of which 3,000,000 common units are being offered by LRR Energy and 3,000,000 common units are being offered by LRR Energys sponsor, Lime Rock Resources, pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 700,000 additional common units from LRR Energy and up to 200,000 additional common units from Lime Rock Resources.

Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) 4% LOWER; announced it has commenced a public offering of 10,000,000 common shares. HPT expects to use the proceeds of this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its unsecured revolving credit facility and for general business purposes. It is contemplated that the underwriters will also be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common shares.

Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA) 3% HIGHER; announced that John Riccitiello will step down as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors, effective March 30. The Board has appointed Larry Probst as Executive Chairman to ensure a smooth transition and to lead EAs executive team while the Board conducts a search for a permanent CEO. The Board will consider internal and external candidates with the assistance of a leading executive search firm.

TICC Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: TICC) 3% LOWER;commenced a public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the proposed offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock.

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) 2% HIGHER; upgraded at Cantor

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) 2% LOWER; announced that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 50,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The company has also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 7,500,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is acting as the lead book-running manager for the offering. Barclays Capital Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are also acting as book-running managers.

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) 1% HIGHER; In a CNBC interview, Meridith Whitney maintained her bullish view on Bank of America saying she see 20 percent upside from here.
