Sigma Designs, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGM) 13% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.54), $0.29 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.43 million. Sigma Designs, Inc. sees Q1 2014 revenue of $49-52 million, versus the consensus of $51.7 million.

Mens Wearhouse, Inc. (NYSE: MW) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $608.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $610 million. Mens Wearhouse, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.70-2.80, versus the consensus of $2.77.

Anadigics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANAD) 10% LOWER; announced that it is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as the sole bookrunning manager of the offering. No size given.

Chindex International (NASDAQ: CHDX) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, versus $0.07 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.51 million, versus $31.98 million reported last year.

Delcath Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCTH) 8% LOWER; entered into a Sales Agreement (the Sales Agreement) with Cowen and Company, LLC to sell shares (the Securities) of the Companys common stock, par value $.01 per share, having aggregate sales proceeds of $50,000,000, from time to time, through an at the market equity offering program under which Cowen and Company, LLC will act as sales agent (the Sales Agent).

Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $103.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $153.18 million. E-commerce revenue grew 23% due primarily to continued growth in website traffic. Comparable store sales decreased 0.4%. Vera Bradley, Inc. sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.20-0.22, versus the consensus of $0.35. Vera Bradley, Inc. sees Q1 2014 revenue of $120-122 million, versus the consensus of $132.1 million. Vera Bradley, Inc. sees FY2014 EPS of $1.83-1.88, versus the consensus of $1.87. Vera Bradley, Inc. sees FY2014 revenue of $585-590 million, versus the consensus of $601.56 million.

SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) 6% LOWER; announced a public offering of its common stock by selling stockholders. The aggregate size of the offering is 7,750,000 shares, with 6,500,000 shares of common stock offered by investment funds affiliated with The Carlyle Group and 1,250,000 shares of common stock offered by William C. Stone, the company's chairman and chief executive officer.

E*TRADE Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: ETFC) 5% LOWER; announced that Citadel Equity Fund Ltd., an affiliate of Citadel LLC, plans to offer 27,394,448 shares of E*TRADE’s common stock in an underwritten offering. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 19, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. E*TRADE will not receive any proceeds from the sale of common stock by the selling stockholders in the offering, and its total number of common shares outstanding will not change as a result of the offering.

US Silica Holdings (NYSE: SLCA) 5% LOWER; 8,500,000 share offering priced at $22.

American Safety Insurance Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: ASI) 4% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has been undertaking a review of strategic alternatives, including a potential sale of the Company, and it has retained BofA Merrill Lynch to advise in connection with its evaluation. No assurance can be given as to whether, when or on what terms any possible transaction might occur. The Company does not intend to make any further statements regarding this process unless and until a definitive agreement has been reached, or until the process of exploring strategic alternatives has ended.

CommonWealth REIT (NYSE: CWH) 4% HIGHER; In a 13D filing after the close, hedge fund Perry Corp. disclosed a 5.49%, or 6,500,000 share, stake in the company. The firm did not hold shares at the end of the latest quarter ending December 31, 2012.

J. C. Penney (NYSE: JCP) 4% HIGHER; BTIG initiates with a Buy rating and $22 price target citing their view on liquidity, financing flexibility and operational potential.

Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) 2% LOWER; downgraded at JPMorgan

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) 2% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs today maintained a Buy rating onand raised its price target to $220.00 (from $157.00).

BlackBerry (NASDAQ: BBRY) 2% HIGHER; continues higher after announcing an established partners has placed an order for one million BlackBerry 10 smartphones, with shipments starting immediately. The company said this order marks the largest ever single purchase order in BlackBerry's history.

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) 2% LOWER; has commenced a public offering of 3,900,000 of its common shares of beneficial interest.

Diamondrock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH) 2% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. SEC to sell, from time to time, up to 7,211,538 shares of its common stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders.

eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) 1% HIGHER; upgraded at Evercore
