Alaska Communications (NASDAQ: ALSK) 16% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.7 million.

Foster Wheeler (NASDAQ: FWLT) 16% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $735.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $976.55 million. The company expects adjusted diluted earnings per share in 2013 to be flat to moderately down as compared to 2012 adjusted diluted earnings per share excluding the impairment charge.

Youku.com, Inc. (NYSE: YOKU) 15% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of (RMB0.69), RMB0.27 better than the analyst estimate of (RMB0.96). Revenue for the quarter came in at RMB635.8 million versus the consensus estimate of RMB619.79 million. For the first quarter of 2013, the Company expects consolidated net revenues will be between RMB480 million and RMB520 million, with consolidated advertising net revenues contributing between RMB420 million and RMB450 million. This forecast reflects the Company's current and preliminary view, which is subject to change.

Omnivision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OVTI) 15% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.56, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $423.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $411.35 million. Omnivision Technologies, Inc. sees Q4 2013 EPS of $0.14-$0.29, versus the consensus of $0.32. Omnivision Technologies, Inc. sees Q4 2013 revenue of $300-$330 million, versus the consensus of $371.39 million.

Deckers Outdoor Corp (NASDAQ: DECK) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.77, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $2.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $617.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $623.02 million. Deckers Outdoor Corp sees Q1 2013 EPS of ($0.12), versus the consensus of $0.06. The Company currently expects first quarter 2013 revenues to remain flat as compared to first quarter 2012 levels. Based upon current visibility, the Company expects full year revenues to increase approximately 7% over 2012 levels.

Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.51, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came rose 32 percent to $835 million versus the consensus estimate of $830.85 million. Salesforce.com, Inc. sees Q1 2014 revenue of $882-887 million, versus the consensus of $886 million - an increase of 27% to 28% year-over-year. The company sees non-GAAP EPS of $0.40 to $0.42, versus the consensus of $0.42. Salesforce.com, Inc. sees FY2014 revenue of $3.82-3.87 billion, versus the consensus of $3.85 billion - an increase of 25% to 27% year-over-year. The company sees Non-GAAP EPS is expected to be in the range of $1.93 to $1.97, versus the consensus of $1.95.

The Wendy's Company (NYSE: WEN) 4% LOWER; Downgaded at Morgan Stanley

Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $93.29 million.

Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) 4% HIGHER; CEO Andrew Mason fired.

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.09 million. Splunk sees Q1 2014 revenue of $52-54 million, versus the consensus of $52 million. Splunk sees FY2014 revenue of $260-270 million, versus the consensus of $263.2 million.

Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBST) 4% HIGHER; FDA has designated the company's late-stage antibiotic candidate, ceftolozane/tazobactam, as a Qualified Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) for the indications of Hospital-Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia (HABP)/Ventilator-Associated Bacterial Pneumonia (VABP) and Complicated Urinary Tract Infections (cUTI).

Anacor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ANAC) 3% HIGHER; announced positive preliminary results from the second of two Phase 3 trials of tavaborole (known as Study 302). Tavaborole is a topical anti-fungal for the treatment of onychomycosis, a fungal infection of the nail and nail bed that affects approximately 35 million people in the United States. Results from the first Phase 3 trial (known as Study 301) were announced on January 29, 2013. In both studies, tavaborole achieved statistically significant and clinically meaningful results on all primary and secondary endpoints.

Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.65 billion. The company’s fourth quarter comparable sales were up 5 percent compared with a 4 percent decrease in the fourth quarter last year. Gap, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.52-$2.60, versus the consensus of $2.59. Also, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
