Accretive Health, Inc. (NYSE: AH) 28% LOWER; announced that it will postpone the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012, as well as its previously announced investor conference call scheduled for February 27, 2013, because it is evaluating the timing of revenue recognition for its revenue cycle management agreements.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 14% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.26 million.

First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 14% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.04, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $1.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion. First Solar, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.70-0.90, versus the consensus of $0.94. The company sees Q1 2013 net sales of $650-$750 million versus the consensus of $828.95 million.

Meru Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: MERU) 9% LOWER; commenced a public offering of its common stock.

Dollar Tree, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.01, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.23 billion. Comparable store sales increased 2.4%. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.53-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.58. Also sees Q1 2013 revenue of $1.84-$1.89 billion, versus the consensus of $1.87 billion. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.54-$2.74, versus the consensus of $2.81. Also sees FY2013 revenue of $7.79-$7.97 billion, versus the consensus of $7.90 billion.

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corp. (NASDAQ: BGFV) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $243.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $241.08 million. Comps rose 6.5 percent. Big 5 Sporting Goods Corp. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.14-0.24, versus the consensus of $0.07.

Questcor Pharmacueticals (NASDAQ: QCOR) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.09, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $160.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $142.58 million.

CommonWealth REIT (NYSE: CWH) 5% LOWER; said its Board of Trustees has determined that the best interests of CommonWealth will be served by CommonWealth continuing the common share offering and debt tender offer previously announced on February 25, 2013.

Papa John's (Nasdaq: PZZA) 5% LOWER; to restates results.

Zagg Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $87.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.66 million. Zagg Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $313-318 million, versus the consensus of $308.1 million.

GasLog (NYSE: GLOG) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.75 million.

MAKO Surgical Corp (NASDAQ: MAKO) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.8 million. 2013 RIO system sales estimated to be 45 to 48 systems; 13,500 to 14,500 MAKOplasty procedures anticipated to be performed in 2013

Priceline.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCLN) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $6.77, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $6.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.19 billion, an increase of 32.9% over a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA for the 4th quarter 2012 was $426 million, an increase of 23.7% over a year ago.

Edison International (NYSE: EIX) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.79, $0.75 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion.

Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) 2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $369.33 million versus the consensus estimate of $338.55 million.

Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.65, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $1.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $22.37 billion versus the consensus estimate of $22.66 billion. EPS was to the low-end of Target's previously-issued guidance, which called for EPS of $1.64 to $1.74

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 2% LOWER; founder Richard Schulze is having trouble securing financing for his planned takeover of the retailer. According to sources cited by Reuters, attempts failed, and alternative strategies that include a minority interest may not work out either. Looking ahead, Target sees FY13 EPS of $4.85 to $5.05, versus the consensus of $4.82. Sees Q113 EPS of $1.10 to $1.20, versus the consensus of $1.05.

TiVo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO) 1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Service and technology revenues were $65.7 million, which was the highest in TiVo's history. This compared to guidance of $63 million to $65 million and $50 million for the same quarter last year.

DreamWorks Animation (NASDAQ: DWA) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.98), versus the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $264.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $213.17 million.
