Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $124.14 million. WebMD Health Corp. sees FY2013 EPS of $-0.13--0.45, versus the consensus of $-0.39. WebMD Health Corp. sees FY2013 revenue of $430-455 million, versus the consensus of $419 million.

Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN) 14% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $155 million versus the consensus estimate of $152 million.

Acacia Research (NASDAQ: ACTG) 11% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, $0.62 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.26 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.33 million.

Sourcefire, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIRE) 11% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.8 million. Sourcefire, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.11-0.13, versus the consensus of $0.15. Marvell Technology Group (NASDAQ: MRVL) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $775 million versus the consensus estimate of $720.89 million. Marvell Technology Group sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.12-0.16, versus the consensus of $0.13. Marvell Technology Group sees Q1 2013 revenue of $700-740 million, versus the consensus of $707.82 million.

VIVUS, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVUS) 5% LOWER; announced today that the European Medicines Agency's (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) confirmed its October 18, 2012 decision to decline the Marketing Authorization Application (MAA) for Qsiva™ (phentermine/topiramate ER) for the treatment of obesity in the European Union.

Texas Instruments (Nasdaq: TXN) 2% HIGHER; authorized the repurchase of an additional $5 billion of its common stock bringing the total outstanding authorization to $8.4 billion. Also, will increase its quarterly dividend by 33 percent, from $0.21 per share to $0.28,

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) 2% LOWER; reports a large distributor is leaving.

Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.40, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.7 million. Total Company same-store sales increased 6.3 percent compared with the same period in fiscal 2011.

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.21, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $1.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.47 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.49 billion. Abercrombie & Fitch Co. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.35-3.45, which may note compare to the consensus of $3.63.
