Chelsea Therapeutics (Nasdaq: CHTP) 83% HIGHER; received written guidance from the Director of the Office of New Drugs ("the Director") at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stating that Study 306B has the potential to serve as the basis for a resubmission of a Northeraâ„¢ (droxidopa) New Drug Application (NDA) for the treatment of symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (NOH). The guidance is in response to a formal appeal by Chelsea to the Director, and follows a meeting with the Director and top staff from the Office of Drug Evaluation I and Division of Cardiovascular and Renal Products (DCRP) at the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.

Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) 37% LOWER; announced that the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) between PT Pertamina (Persero) and HNR Energia B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvest, for the purchase of Harvest's interests in Venezuela for $725 million has been terminated as a result of the Government of Indonesia, in its capacity as sole shareholder of PT Pertamina (Persero), voting not to approve the transaction. The SPA, announced on June 21, 2012, had also been subject to, among other things, the approval of the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and a majority of Harvest's stockholders.

NetSpend (NASDAQ: NTSP) 30% HIGHER; acquired by TSYS (NYSE: TSS) for $16/shares or $1.4 billion.

Millennial Media (NYSE: MM) 25% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $58 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.89 million. Millennial Media sees Q1 2013 revenue of $48-50 million, versus the consensus of $56.41 million. Millennial Media sees FY2013 revenue of $270-280 million, versus the consensus of $286.4 million.

Demand Media (NYSE: DMD) 14% HIGHER; company will explore splitting the company in two in a tax-free distribution. Also, better than expected Q4 results.

La-Z-boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 10% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $349.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.8 million.

Oncolytics Biotech, Inc. (NASDAQ: ONCY) 10% LOWER; announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8.0 million common shares, at a public offering price of US$4.00 per common share.

Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $769 million versus the consensus estimate of $833.43 million. Sees FY13 revs of $2.5 - $2.6 billion and EPS of $2.30 - $2.40, versus consensus views calling for revs of $2.76 billion and EPS of $2.82.

Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: THLD) 8% HIGHER; upgraded at Piper

Sina Corp (NASDAQ: SINA) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $139.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $133.86 million. Sina Corp sees Q1 2013 revenue of $115-119 million, versus the consensus of $119.4 million

Life Technologies (Nasdaq: LIFE) 7% LOWER; sale process slows.

Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $368 million versus the consensus estimate of $367.07 million.

Green Dot Corporation (NASDAQ: GDOT) 5% HIGHER; up after rival NetSpend was acquired.

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOPE) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.46, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $141.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $136.09 million

Lumber Liquidators (NYSE: LL) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.50, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $197.82 million. Lumber Liquidators sees FY2013 EPS of $1.90-2.15, versus the consensus of $2.03. Lumber Liquidators sees FY2013 revenue of $885-920 million, versus the consensus of $888.15 million.

Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq: RMBS) 4% HIGHER; signed a patent license agreement with LSI Corporation (NASDAQ: LSI). Also, updated its revenue guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. With the addition of a one-time payment license agreement, the Company revised its revenue guidance for the quarter to be between $65 million to $69 million. Rambus initially provided revenue guidance for the quarter in the range of $58 million to $63 million. The Street sees revs of $61 million.

Joy Global, Inc. (NYSE: JOY) 3% HIGHER; takeover speculation

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (NASDAQ: TXRH) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $309.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $309.07 million.

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.11 billion.

Financial Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGN) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $51.9 million. Financial Engines, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $224-229 million, versus the consensus of $226.03 million.

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) 3% LOWER; 25 million shares secondary offering on behalf of holders.

Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.03, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $424.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $500.63 million.

Deckers Outdoor Corp. (NASDAQ: DECK) 3% LOWER; downgraded at Wedbush

BJ's Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ: BJRI) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $184.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $184.57 million.

Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE: NBR) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.44, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.66 billion.

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) 2% LOWER; has commenced an underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,500,000 additional shares of common stock.

Marriott International Inc. (NYSE: MAR) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.76 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.66 billion. Marriott International Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $1.90-2.05, versus the consensus of $2.02. Marriott International Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.37-0.42, versus the consensus of $0.40.
