Bankrate (NYSE: RATE) 17% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $93.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.27 million.

Trulia, Inc. (NYSE: TRLA) 15% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.99 million. Sees Q1 2013 revenue of $20.8-21.2 million, versus the consensus of $19.24 million.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PPHM) 13% HIGHER; announced results from its 70 patient open-label, randomized Phase II clinical trial of bavituximab used in combination with gemcitabine in patients with previously untreated, advanced Stage IV pancreatic cancer. The trial included the enrollment of patients with advanced metastatic disease including significant liver involvement and poor performance status associated with rapid disease progression. Results showed that the combination of bavituximab and gemcitabine resulted in more than a doubling of overall response rates (ORR) and an improvement in overall survival (OS) when compared with gemcitabine alone (control arm). In the trial, patients treated with a combination of bavituximab and gemcitabine had a 28% tumor response rate as compared to 13% in the control arm. Median OS, the primary endpoint of the trial, was 5.6 months for the bavituximab plus gemcitabine arm and 5.2 months for the control arm (hazard ratio = 0.75).

AVEO Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: AVEO) 13% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.49), $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.77). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.53 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.49 million. Based on current operating plans, AVEO expects to end 2013 with approximately $60 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, and anticipates that this capital is sufficient to fund its operations into the second quarter of 2014.

Rackspace Hosting (NYSE: RAX) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, 1 cent below the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $353 million versus the consensus estimate of $355.42 million.

Dean Foods Co. (NYSE: DF) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.04 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.37 million. Dean Foods Co. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.22-0.27, which may not compare to the consensus of $0.30. Dean Foods Co. sees FY2013 EPS of $1.00-1.10, which may not compare to the consensus of $1.29.

Cliffs Natural Resources (NYSE: CLF) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.53 billion. To cut dividend; to sell 9,000,000 of its common shares and 20,000,000 of its depositary shares.

Ruckus Wireless (NYSE: RKUS) 8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $62.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.46 million.

Vonage Holdings (NYSE: VG) 7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $214 million versus the consensus estimate of $212.41 million. Vonage authorized a new $100 million share repurchase program to be concluded by the end of 2014.

Groupon, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRPN) 7% HIGHER; upgraded at Sterne Agee

Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA) 7% HIGHER; will acquire GE's (NYSE: GE) entire 49% common equity stake in the NBCUniversal joint venture for approximately $16.7 billion. Also, NBCUniversal will purchase from GE the properties used by NBCUniversal at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and CNBC's headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for approximately $1.4 billion.

Netgear Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $310.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $307.7 million. Netgear Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $290-305 million, versus the consensus of $317.6 million

Blue Nile, Inc. (NASDAQ: NILE) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $136.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $145.62 million. Blue Nile, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $0.75-0.85, versus the consensus of $0.95. Blue Nile, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $440-470 million, versus the consensus of $458.92 million. Blue Nile, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.05-0.08, versus the consensus of $0.05. Blue Nile, Inc. sees Q1 2013 revenue of $94-100 million, versus the consensus of $97.2 million.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) 5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.89, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $303.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.96 million.

MEMC Electronic Materials (NYSE: WFR) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $704.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $663.7 million.

Sapient Corp (NASDAQ: SAPE) 3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $293.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $289.45 million.

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) 3% LOWER; announced it has commenced a public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission

General Electric (NYSE: GE) 3% HIGHER; Sells remaining 49% in NBCUniversal to Comcast. Also, increases share buyback to $35 billion.

Western Union (NYSE: WU) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.4 million. Western Union sees FY2013 EPS of $1.33-1.43, versus the consensus of $1.47.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 2% HIGHER; JPMorgan raises PT

LyondellBasell (NYSE: LYB) 2% HIGHER; said its Supervisory Board has authorized the company's Management Board to declare an interim dividend of $0.40 per share to be paid March 18, 2013 to shareholders of record on Feb. 25, 2013, subject to the adoption of a resolution by the Management Board, which is expected to occur Feb. 25, 2013. LyondellBasell also announced that its Supervisory Board intends to seek shareholder approval at the May 22, 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for authorization to conduct share repurchases.
