StemCells, Inc. (Nasdaq: STEM) 25% HIGHER; announced that the twelve-month data from the first patient cohort in the Company's Phase I/II clinical trial of its proprietary HuCNS-SC product candidate (purified human neural stem cells) for chronic spinal cord injury continued to demonstrate a favorable safety profile, and showed that the considerable gains in sensory function observed in two of the three patients at the six-month assessment have persisted. The third patient remains stable.

Rexnord (NYSE: RXN) 13% HIGHER; has initiated a review of strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value and has engaged Goldman, Sachs and Co. to serve as its financial adviser in that process. The alternatives considered could include the possible sale of the Company, the possible sale of one or both of its business platforms or the maintenance of the current structure and execution of the existing business strategy.

ZIOPHARM Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZIOP) 13% HIGHER; announced today that the Phase 3 (PICASSO 3) trial of palifosfamide (ZIO-201) in first-line metastatic soft tissue sarcoma has reached its target number of progression-free survival (PFS) events. PICASSO 3 is an international, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial whose primary endpoint is PFS. According to the protocol and statistical plan, reaching the target number of PFS events leads to completion of the blinded data collection process and then formal efficacy analysis by the IDMC (Independent Data Monitoring Committee). The Company will announce topline results from this trial during the last week of March 2013.

Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) 12% HIGHER; reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.37, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3 billion.

Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) 12% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $636.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $540.3 million. Comps rose 41.4%. Michael Kors Holdings sees Q42013 EPS of $0.32-0.34, versus the consensus of $0.32. Michael Kors Holdings sees Q42013 revenue of $515-525 million, versus the consensus of $513.3 million. Michael Kors Holdings sees FY2013 EPS of $1.80-1.82, versus the consensus of $1.56. Michael Kors Holdings sees FY2013 revenue of $2.1 billion, versus the consensus of $2.01 billion.

Capstone Turbine Corp (NASDAQ: CPST) 10% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.01), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.67 million. Shipments of 26.1 megawatts, compared to 23.5 megawatts year-over-year.

MELA Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: MELA) 10% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 6,100,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.30 per share.

Masco Corp. (NYSE: MAS) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.8 billion.

Valspar Corp. (NYSE: VAL) 7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.60, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $875.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $922.05 million.

Amyris, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRS) 7% LOWER; Raymond James downgraded from Market Perform to Underperform.

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTWK) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.75 million.

Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.27, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $2.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $948 million versus the consensus estimate of $930.43 million. Fossil, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.93-0.98, versus the consensus of $1.03. Fossil, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $5.85-6.15, versus the consensus of $6.13. Also, entered into a global licensing agreement with the Tory Burch Company.

Hercules Offshore, Inc. (NASDAQ: HERO) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.03, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $202.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $187.87 million.

Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE: KOS) 5% LOWER; has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of approximately 30 million common shares, all of which will be offered by existing shareholders and certain officers of Kosmos. The underwriters of this offering have been granted an option, exercisable within 30 days, to purchase up to an additional 4.5 million common shares from certain of the selling shareholders on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotment, if any. Kosmos will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the common shares.

Norwegian Cruise Line (NASDAQ: NCLH) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $503.17 million versus the consensus estimate of $512.7 million. Sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.02-0.05, versus the consensus of $-0.01. Sees FY2013 EPS of $1.20-1.40, versus the consensus of $1.26.

Boyd Gaming (NYSE: BYD) 4% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $5.50, suggesting 26% downside.

Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (Nasdaq: ORIG) 4% LOWER; DryShips Inc. (Nasdaq: DRYS) and through its majority owned subsidiary, Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (Nasdaq: ORIG), or Ocean Rig, of offshore deepwater drilling services, today announced it is offering 5,000,000 common shares of Ocean Rig that it owns in an underwritten public offering pursuant to Ocean Rig's effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3ASR filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Following the completion of the offering, DryShips is expected to own approximately 61.3% of Ocean Rig's outstanding shares.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 3% HIGHER; will create the first ever Netflix Original Series for kids based on the highly-anticipated DreamWorks Animation movie Turbo.

American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) 3% LOWER; priced a public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock for total expected gross proceeds of approximately $513 million before expenses.

tw telecom inc. (NASDAQ: TWTC) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.11, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $377.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $376.8 million.

Team Health Holdings, Inc (NYSE: TMH) 3% LOWER; announced the pricing of the previously announced secondary offering of 9,633,107 shares of its common stock to be sold by its principal stockholder.

HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) 2% LOWER; announced that certain of its stockholders, consisting principally of affiliates of, or funds sponsored by, Bain Capital Partners, LLC and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., intend to offer for sale in an underwritten at-the-market secondary offering approximately 50 million shares of its common stock pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
