Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: GDP) 14% HIGHER; announced the completion of its Crosby 12H-1 (50% WI) well in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. The well is continuing to improve with a current production rate of 1,250 barrels of oil equivalent ("BOE") per day and a 24 hour average rate of 1,130 BOE per day comprised of 1,050 barrels of oil and 469 Mcf of gas, on a 15/64" choke with 2,700 psi. The well, which has approximately 6,700 feet of usable lateral and was fracked with 25 stages, is in the early stage of flowback, with approximately 1% of the frac fluid recovered to date.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRW) 8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.97 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.87 billion.

CSG Systems International (NASDAQ: CSGS) 7% HIGHER;reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $198 million versus the consensus estimate of $187.51 million.

DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (Nasdaq: DWA) 6% LOWER; announced that, at the recommendation of its distributor, Twentieth Century Fox, it has decided to change the domestic theatrical release date for Mr. Peabody & Sherman to March 7, 2014. The film had previously been scheduled for release on November 1, 2013. Ralph Lauren Corp (NYSE: RL) 6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.31, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $2.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.85 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.85 billion.

Zynga (NASDAQ: ZNGA) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.01, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $311 million versus the consensus estimate of $212.11 million. Zynga sees FY2013 EPS of $-0.05--0.04, versus the consensus of $-0.01. Zynga sees FY2013 revenue of $255-265 million, versus the consensus of $240.03 million.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.95, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.96. Revenue for the quarter rose 17.2% to $699.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $698.86 million. Comparable restaurant sales increased 3.8%. Today's numbers were in-line with Chipotle Mexican's January 16th lowered guidance, when the company said they see diluted earnings per share in the range of $1.92 to $1.97 and revenues of $699.2 million. Looking to 2013, management expects the following: 165 – 180 new restaurant openings; Flat to low single digit comparable restaurant sales excluding additional menu price increases; An effective full year tax rate of approximately 38.5%.

Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.63, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $974.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $929.84 million.

Cerner Corp (NASDAQ: CERN) 5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $710.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $696.52 million. Cerner Corp sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.61-0.63, versus the consensus of $0.63. Cerner Corp sees Q1 2013 revenue of $720-760 million, versus the consensus of $699.33 million.

Panera Bread Co (NASDAQ: PNRA) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.75, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $572 million versus the consensus estimate of $574.09 million. The Company is maintaining its targeted full year fiscal 2013 diluted earnings per share growth rate of 17% to 19% even after higher than previously targeted fiscal 2012 diluted earnings per share. The diluted earnings per share growth target includes the favorable impact of the 53rd week in fiscal 2013 but does not assume additional share repurchases.

HP (NYSE: HPQ) 4% HIGHER; reports of potential break-up, although the report was later downplayed.

Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.97, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter came in at $588.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $579.5 million. Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.77-3.92, versus the consensus of $3.97. TICC Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: TICC) 2% LOWER announced today that it has commenced a public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the proposed offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock.

Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.57 billion.

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) 2% HIGHER; approves the repurchase of up to $7.5 billion of 3M’s outstanding common stock, replacing the company’s existing repurchase program. The authorization has no pre-established closing date. Declared a quarterly dividend of $0.635 per share, or $2.54 annualized. This is a 7.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.59.
