Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: LTM) 19% LOWER;announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. The Company expects to report revenue in the range of $273.0-275.0 million, net income of $22.0-23.5 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.53-0.56 for 4Q 2012. For the year, expectations include revenue of $1.125-1.127 billion, net income of $110.0-111.5 million and diluted earnings per share of $2.63-2.66. The Company previously provided guidance of $1.127-1.137 billion in revenue, net income of $114.5-116.0 million and diluted earnings per share of $2.73-2.76 for 2012.

Telecommunication Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSYS) 14% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $128.87 million.

Netsuite (NYSE: N) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $85 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.06 million.

Ctrip.com Int'l (NASDAQ: CTRP) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $177 million versus the consensus estimate of $173.71 million.

VIVUS, Inc. (Nasdaq: VVUS) 5% HIGHER; announces the publication of a study concluding that weight loss resulting from treatment with Qsymia (phentermine and topiramate extended-release) capsules CIV led to significant improvements in cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides in obese and overweight patients experiencing one or more of these associated conditions. The improvements were significantly greater among patients who lost 10% or more of their starting weight.

Abaxis, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABAX) 5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $49.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.75 million.

Emulex Corp. (NYSE: ELX) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.19, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.86 million. Emulex Corp. sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.12-0.14, versus the consensus of $0.16. Emulex Corp. sees Q3 2013 revenue of $110-114 million, versus the consensus of $117.5 million.

Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.61 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.45). Also, authorized a new share repurchase program for up to $1.3 billion of the Corporation's common stock.

C.R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.70, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $762.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $757.49 million.

Wynn Resorts Ltd (NASDAQ: WYNN) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.17, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.27 billion.
