BioClinica®, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOC) 19% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by a holding company controlled by JLL Partners, Inc., a leading private equity firm.

Copano Energy, L.L.C. (NASDAQ: CPNO) 18% HIGHER; Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) to acquire the company in a $5 billion deal, including the assumption of debt.

Ventrus Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTUS) 17% LOWER; is concurrently offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, (i) shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering, and (ii) shares of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a separate underwritten public offering.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $44.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.92 million. Multimedia Games sees FY2013 EPS of $0.79-0.84, versus prior guidance of $0.74-0.79 and the consensus of $0.66. Multimedia Games sees FY2013 revenue of $172-177 million, versus prior guidance of $165-170 million and the consensus of $172.00 million.

Unisys Corp. (NYSE: UIS) 10% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.27, $1.34 better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $979 million versus the consensus estimate of $923.9 million.

Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) 10% HIGHER; Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and President, Aubrey K. McClendon, has agreed to retire from the company on April 1, 2013.

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter rose 22$ to $21.27 billion versus the consensus estimate of $22.27 billion.

Meritor sees FY2013 revenue of $3.8 billion, versus prior guidance of $4.0 billion and the consensus of $4.01 billion.

Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISIS) 5% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved its New Drug Application (NDA) for KYNAMRO (mipomersen sodium) injection.

Aspen Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.10, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $67.97 million. Sees FY13 non-GAAP EPS of $0.28 - $0.33, versus the consensus of $0.26. FY13 revs expected to be $295 million to $302 million, compared with the consensus of $291.6 million.
