Sierra Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWIR) 19% HIGHER; executed a definitive agreement for the sale of substantially all of the assets and operations related to its AirCard® business to NETGEAR, Inc. (NASDAQM: NTGR) for $138 million in cash.
