Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ: GMCR) 23% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $946.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $902.23 million. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.62-0.67, versus the consensus of $0.59. For the year, the company sees sales up 15-20% and non-GAAP EPS of $2.64-$2.74 versus the consensus of $2.51

Echo Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECTE) 11% LOWER; intends to offer for sale its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 10% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.11, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.56 million. Guidewire Software sees Q2 revenues of $62.5-$65.5 million, versus the consensus of $69.78 million. Sees Q2 EPS of ($0.01)-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.08. Guidewire Software sees FY13 revenues of $279-$289 million, versus the consensus of $282.2 million. Sees FY13 EPS of $0.23-$0.31, versus the consensus of $0.27.

Datawatch Corp (NASDAQ: DWCH) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), versus $0.03 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.02 million, versus $4.84 million reported last year.

CAI International (NYSE: CAP) 5% LOWER; announced, subject to market and other conditions, a public offering of approximately $70 million of shares of its common stock, of which approximately $50 million of shares are being offered by the Company and $20 million of shares are being offered by Development Bank of Japan Inc., Mr. Hiromitsu Ogawa, CAI International’s founder and Chairman, and Mr. Masaaki (John) Nishibori, a director and former Chief Executive Officer of CAI International. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $10.5 million of shares of common stock from the Company and certain of the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments, if any.

Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO) 3% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the company may repurchase up to $20 million of its outstanding common stock from time to time on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.

Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.58, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $695 million versus the consensus estimate of $698.32 million. Analog Devices, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.40-0.48, versus the consensus of $0.54. Sees revenues down 6-12%.

Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) 2% HIGHER; Reports CEO and co-founder Andrew Mason might either be out or have a fellow co-CEO soon

SodaStream (Nasdaq: SODA) 2% HIGHER; strong results from Green Mountain.

ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) 2% LOWER; announced that it did not receive sufficient long-term transportation commitments during its recently concluded open season for the Bakken Crude Express Pipeline. As a result, the partnership has elected not to proceed with plans to construct the pipeline.

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) 1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.34, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $2.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.64 billion. PVH Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $6.37-6.38, versus the consensus of $6.37. Sees Q4 EPS of $1.48 - $1.49, versus the consensus of $1.51.

Focus Media Holding Limited (NASDAQ: FMCN) 1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.71, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $256.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $257.1 million. Focus Media Holding Limited sees Q4 2012 revenue of $237-246 million, versus the consensus of $283.39 million. Net revenues for the non-core business (the traditional outdoor billboard network) are expected to be in the range of $6-$7 million. The Company's non-GAAP net income is expected to be in the range of $93-$98 million.
