Quest Diagnostics Inc. (NYSE: DGX) reports Q3 EPS of $1.02, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter was $1.9 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.89 billion.
Raises its FY09 EPS guidance from $3.70-$3.80 to $3.80-$3.85. The Street is currently looking for EPS of $3.79.
