Model N, Inc. (NYSE: MODN) 35.5% LOWER; For the first quarter of fiscal 2014 ending December 31, 2013, the Company expects: Total revenue to be in the range of $20.0 million to $21.0 million. For the full fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, the Company expects: Total revenue to be in the range of $70.0 million to $80.0 million. (Street see Q1 revenue of $23.3 million and FY revenue of $117.99 million.)

Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: INO) 31% HIGHER; announced today that they have entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Roche to research, develop and commercialize Inovio's highly-optimized, multi-antigen DNA immunotherapies targeting prostate cancer and hepatitis B. The licensed compounds are currently in preclinical development and have generated robust T-cell responses in animal models.

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: NBIX) 27% LOWER; announced today that the 50mg dose of NBI-98854, a small molecule VMAT2 inhibitor in development for tardive dyskinesia, did not meet the primary endpoint in the Phase IIb Kinect study while the 100mg dose showed a statistical and clinically significant improvement. The pre-specified primary endpoint was the change-from-baseline in the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS) at Week 6 in the intent-to-treat (ITT) population.

ChemoCentryx, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCXI) 19.5% LOWER; announced interim data from an ongoing Phase II study in patients with diabetic nephropathy, also known as diabetic kidney disease, with CCX140. CCX140 is an inhibitor of the chemokine receptor known as CCR2, and the drug candidate is wholly owned by the Company.

Five Below (NASDAQ: FIVE) 13.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $117.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.7 million. Comps rose 5.4%. Five Below sees Q3 2013 EPS of $0.03-$0.04, versus the consensus of $0.03. Five Below sees Q3 2013 revenue of $107-109 million, versus the consensus of $109.22 million. Five Below sees FY2013 EPS of $0.68-$0.71, versus the consensus of $0.69. Five Below sees FY2013 revenue of $531-536 million, versus the consensus of $535.15 million.

Pep Boys (NYSE: PBY) 7.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.10, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $527.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $539.35 million. Comparable sales decreased 1.3%, consisting of an increase of 0.2% in comparable service revenue and a decrease of 1.7% in comparable merchandise sales.

Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) 6.7% LOWER; Issues an 10-Q update on quarter-to-date trends.. The company said, "Thus far during the third quarter of fiscal 2014, comparable Retail segment net sales are mid single-digit positive."

Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) 4.8% HIGHER; Piper Jaffray upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $17.00 (from $12.00).

Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KW) 4.6% LOWER; announced that it plans to sell 6,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares.

Flow International Corp (NASDAQ: FLOW) 4.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.02), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59 million versus the consensus estimate of $57.93 million.

Inergy Midstream, L.P. (NYSE: NRGM) 4.2% LOWER; announced the commencement, subject to market conditions, of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests. Inergy Midstream also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,650,000 additional common units.

PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) 3.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.39, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.97 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.89 billion. The company sees Q3 revenue of about $2.2 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.20. The Street sees revenue of $2.23 billion and EPS of $2.30.

Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (NYSE: EEQ) 3.5% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately eight million of its Listed Shares (the "Shares"). Enbridge Management is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional one million Shares.

Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) 3.3% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer 4,000,000 of its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Stratasys also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 of its ordinary shares to cover over-allotments, if any. J.P. Morgan is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering, and Piper Jaffray, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Needham & Company are acting as co-managers for the offering.

Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) 2.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $112.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $108.98 million.

Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD) 2.6% LOWER; announced that it is offering 25,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of the offering to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares from the Company. All of the shares will be issued under the Company's currently effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE) 2.5% HIGHER; added to Dow

UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF) 2.2% LOWER; announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 3.9 million shares of its common stock. In addition, UMB expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 585,000 additional shares of common stock. BofA Merrill Lynch will serve as the sole book-running manager for the offering. UMB intends to use the net proceeds from this offering of common stock for general corporate purposes.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PPHM) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.05), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.69 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.75 million.

Casey's General Stores (NASDAQ: CASY) 1.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.43, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $1.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.11 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.1 billion.

TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) 1.5% LOWER; announced that it is commencing an offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock in a public offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of the offering to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares from TriMas. TriMas expects to use its proceeds from the sale of the common stock for general corporate purposes.

Alcoa Inc. (NYSE: AA) 0.8% LOWER; removed from Dow

XOOM (NASDAQ: XOOM) 0.6% LOWER; announced the launch of a follow-on offering of 3,732,622 shares of its common stock. Of these, 2,300,000 shares will be offered by Xoom and 1,432,622 shares will be offered by selling stockholders. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 559,893 shares of common stock from Xoom to cover over-allotments.
