GTX, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTXI) 67% LOWER; announced results of its two Phase 3 enobosarm clinical trials, the POWER trials, in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving chemotherapy. The Company announced that the clinical trials failed to meet the overall criteria for the co-primary responder endpoints of lean body mass and physical function as agreed upon with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA); the responder endpoints showed mixed results (for POWER1 and POWER2, p values at Day 84 for LBM were 0.036 and 0.113, respectively; p values at Day 84 for SCP were 0.315 and 0.289, respectively).

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUPN) 23.3% HIGHER; received final approval from the Food & Drug Administration (the "FDA") for Trokendi XR, a novel once-daily extended release formulation of topiramate for the treatment of epilepsy. The company expects to launch the product and for it to be available in pharmacies over the next few weeks.

Edwards Group Limited (NASDAQ: EVAC) 18.4% HIGHER; entered a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by a subsidiary of Atlas Copco in a transaction valued at up to approximately $1.6 billion, including the assumption of debt.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTIC) 14.2% HIGHER; reported that the Transparency Commission (Commission de la Transparence or CT) of the French National Health Authority (Haute Autorite de Sante or HAS) has granted market access for the medicinal product PIXUVRI® (pixantrone) as a monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with multiply relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (patients with aggressive B-cell NHL who failed 2 or 3 prior lines of therapy). The next and final step in France's pharmaceutical reimbursement process is inclusion on the list of medicines approved for hospital use and subsequent publication in the Journal Officiel in France, which CTI now intends to pursue.

Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CIE) 12.2% LOWER; provided an update on its deepwater drilling operations in West Africa and the Gulf of Mexico, and announced that it has entered into a new rig contract.

TransSwitch (NASDAQ: TXCC) 11.8% LOWER; $2.5 million private placement. Zillow, Inc. (Nasdaq: Z) 4% LOWER; entered into a definitive agreement to acquire StreetEasy, the leading real estate website in New York City, for $50 million in cash. Also, commence an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, of 2,500,000 shares of Zillow's Class A common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement.

Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) 3.8% HIGHER; announced its modules would be used for a landmark solar project in the Leeward Islands. Comet Solar, an Anguilla based solar installation company, selected Canadian Solar for the installation, which at 600KW is the largest commercial project permitted by the St. Kitts & Nevis Government to date.

Trulia (NYSE: TRLA) 3.8% LOWER; RBC Capital downgraded from Outperform to Sector Perform with a price target of $47.00 (unchanged). Analyst Mark Mahaney thinks risk/reward has become less compelling given year-to-date gains. He also noted a more competitive online environment and challenges integrating recent acquisition Market Leader.
