("Shisheng") signed an equity transfer agreement with Hezhong International Development Co, Ltd. to acquire Tianjin Zhonghe Auto Sales Service Co., the owner and operator of the Airport International Automall in Tianjin (the "Automall"). The Company plans to develop the Automall into a key site for what it believes can become one of the largest used car businesses in China.

ReneSola Ltd. (NYSE: SOL) 17.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($2.23), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $419.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $359.91 million. Total solar wafer and module shipments were 851.0 megawatts ("MW"), representing an increase of 0.2% from 849.3MW in Q2 2013. Revenue for the quarter came in at $514.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $519.07 million. Comparable sales, including the e-commerce channel, for the third quarter decreased 15%, compared to the corresponding 13-week period ended November 3, 2012. Net revenue from the Company's e-commerce business for the third quarter of fiscal 2013, including net revenues from the GoJane.com business, which was acquired on November 13, 2012, was flat to the year ago period. Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE: ABX) 1% HIGHER; announced that its Founder and Chairman, Peter Munk, will retire as Chairman of Barrick and will step down from the company's Board of Directors at the 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
