(Nasdaq: VISN) 50.6% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into an exclusive strategic cooperation agreement ("Agreement") with Baidu Games, the online game platform of Baidu, Inc. AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMAG) 15.6% LOWER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a complete response letter for the supplemental new drug application (sNDA) for Feraheme® (ferumoxytol) injection for intravenous (IV) use. The sNDA sought to expand the indication for Feraheme beyond the current chronic kidney disease (CKD) indication to include all adult iron deficiency anemia (IDA) patients who have failed or cannot tolerate oral iron treatment.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $356.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $333.5 million. Super Micro Computer, Inc. sees Q3 2014 EPS of $0.24-$0.30, versus the consensus of $0.25. Super Micro Computer, Inc. sees Q3 2014 revenue of $320-350 million, versus the consensus of $317.4 million.

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE: AMD) 9.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.41 billion.

Nuance Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUAN) 9.5% HIGHER; Based on preliminary financial data, Nuance expects Q1 14 non-GAAP revenues between $487 million and $491 million; GAAP revenues between $467 million and $471 million; non-GAAP EPS between $0.23 and $0.24 per diluted share; GAAP EPS between ($0.19) and ($0.18) per share; and cash flow from operations of approximately $78 million. The preliminary expectations are subject to revision until the Company reports final Q1 14 results on February 10, 2014. (Street sees Q1 EPS of $0.20 on revenue of $482.46 million)

Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) 8.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.59, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $684.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $699.49 million. Domestic comps rose 0.3 percent.

Coach, Inc. (NYSE: COH) 7.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.06, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.49 billion. North American direct sales declined 8% for the quarter with comparable store sales down 13.6%.

Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI) 6.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.67, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $2.49 million. Motorola Solutions sees Q1 2014 EPS of $0.46-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.77. Motorola Solutions' outlook for the first quarter of 2014 is for revenue decline of 4 to 6 percent. For the full-year 2014, the company expects revenue growth of flat to 2 percent compared with 2013 and Non-GAAP operating earnings of approximately 18.5 percent of sales.

Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: KERX) 5.5% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a $90 million underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.

Idera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDRA) 5.8% HIGHER; announced the publication of a study supporting the potential role of the suppression of Toll-like-receptors (TLRs) 7, 8, and 9 in the treatment of psoriasis. The data were published in the scientific journal PLOS ONE.

Huron Consulting Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HURN) 5.5% HIGHER; announced preliminary unaudited financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2013.

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, may not compare to the estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $249.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $294.93 million.

Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) 3.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.55, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $587 million versus the consensus estimate of $600.61 million. Sales for Q4 are expected to be up 2% to up 6% sequentially.

IBM (NYSE: IBM) 3.7% LOWER; reported Q4 operating EPS of $6.13, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $6.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $28.26 billion.

Nektar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: NKTR) 3.6% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,500,000 shares of its common stock.

Freeport-McMoRan C&G (NYSE: FCX) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, or $0.84 ex-items, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.39 billion.
