Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARWR) 69% LOWER; announced a strategic redeployment of resources to support the development of RNAi therapeutics that utilize the companys new proprietary subcutaneous (subQ) and extra-hepatic delivery systems. Arrowhead will discontinue development of clinical stage drug candidates ARC-520, ARC-521, and ARC-AAT, which utilize the DPCiv, or EX1, delivery vehicle. The company is hosting a conference call at 4:30 p.m. EST to discuss this decision.

California Resources (NYSE: CRC) 29.8% HIGHER; oil surges on OPEC cut

Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) 15.2% HIGHER; Treasury Secretary elect Steve Mnuchin says we have to get Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac out of government ownership

Costamare Inc. (NYSE: CMRE) 14.4% LOWER; announced that its offering of 12,000,000 shares of its common stock, upsized from 11,000,000 shares of its common stock, was priced at $6.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering before the underwriting discount and other offering expenses are expected to be approximately $72 million. Members of the Konstantakopoulos family, who in the aggregate own a majority of the common stock of the Company, have agreed to purchase approximately $10 million of shares in the offering. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of its common stock.

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) 5.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.12, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenues rose 40% to $245 million, versus the consensus of $230.36 million. GUIDANCE: Splunk sees Q4 2017 revenue of $286-288 million, versus the consensus of $285.1 million. Sees FY17 revenues of $930-$32 million versus prior of $910-$914 million, versus the consensus of $914.4 million.

Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) 5% HIGHER, Canada approves new oil pipeline

GoPro Inc. (Nasdaq: GPRO) 3.2% HIGHER; announced a company-wide restructuring. GoPro said, The restructuring includes the closure of its entertainment division, facilities reductions, and the elimination of more than 200 full-time positions plus the cancelation of open positions for a reduction in force of approximately 15 percent. Notably, GoPro also said HERO5 sales have been strong for holiday quarter 2016.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 2.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $87.17 million. GUIDANCE: Guidewire Software sees Q2 2017 EPS of $0.12-$0.15. Guidewire Software sees Q2 2017 revenue of $106-110 million. Guidewire Software sees FY2017 EPS of $0.70-$0.79, versus the consensus of $0.76. Guidewire Software sees FY2017 revenue of $473-483 million.

Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) 2.2% LOWER; 6 million share block is said for sale.

Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) 1.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.18), $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.24). Revenue for the quarter came in at $489.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $476.76 million. GUIDANCE: Autodesk sees 2017 EPS of ($0.61)-($0.54), versus the consensus of ($0.60). Autodesk sees 2017 revenue of $2.012-2.032 billion, versus the consensus of $2.03 billion. Autodesk sees Q4 2017 EPS of ($0.39)-($0.32), versus the consensus of ($0.31). Autodesk sees Q 2017 revenue of $460-$480 million, versus the consensus of $488 million.
