Workday (NYSE: WDAY) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.12), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Men's Wearhouse, Inc. (NYSE: MW) 7% HIGHER; makes its own bid for Jos. A Bank Clothiers

DSW (NYSE: DSW) 6.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.58, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $633 million versus the consensus estimate of $647.3 million. DSW sees FY2014 EPS of $1.80-$1.90, versus the consensus of $1.90. Sees flat FY comps.

Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN) 6.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $472.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $489.56 million.

Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) 6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.73, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $911 million versus the consensus estimate of $889.51 million. Comparable store sales rose 7% due to growth in all regions. Tiffany sees FY13 EPS of $3.65 - $3.75, versus prior guidance of $3.50 - $3.60 and the consensus of $3.62. Worldwide net sales expected to increase by a mid-single-digit percentage in U.S. dollars (a high-single-digit percentage increase on a constant-exchange-rate basis).

JA Solar Holdings (NASDAQ: JASO) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.37), $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.54). Revenue for the quarter came in at $287.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $250.42 million. Shipments were 500.2 MW, consisting of 305.0 MW of modules and module tolling, and 195.2 MW of cells and cell tolling, above the high end of the Company's previous guidance of 470 MW and an increase of 7.9% from the second quarter of 2013. For the fourth quarter of 2013, the Company expects total cell and module shipments to be between 500 MW and 550 MW. For the full year 2013, the Company revises upwards its previous shipment guidance of between 1.7 GW and 1.9 GW to between 1.9 GW and 1.95 GW.

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) 4.6% LOWER; purchased all of the Icahn Group's stock at yesterday's closing price of $16.93 per share.

UniPixel, Inc. (Nasdaq: UNXL) 4.5% HIGHER; has been the subject of negative speculation concerning the validity of its innovations and partnerships. While, as a general policy, the company avoids commenting on market speculation, it reiterates that it has executed preferred price and capacity license agreements with its PC OEM and ecosystem partners. The company has not disclosed detailed terms of these agreements to the public because they contain specific confidentiality provisions and non-disclosure obligations. As previously announced on November 22, 2013, the company intends to fully cooperate with the investigation of the United States Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and will produce these agreements and certain related documents to the SEC.

LDK Solar (NYSE: LDK) 3.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.65), $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.82). Revenue for the quarter came in at $156.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.9 million. Shipped 463.1 megawatts (MW) of photovoltaic products, consisting of 384.7 MW of wafers and 78.4 MW of cells and modules. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013, LDK Solar estimates its revenue to be in the range of $200 million to $250 million, wafer shipments between 480 MW and 520 MW and cell and module shipments between 120 MW and 160 MW.

Bitauto Holdings (NYSE: BITA) 3.4% LOWER; announced it will offer up to $100 million in American Depositary Shares (ADSs).

Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: LGND) 3.2% HIGHER; will replace SHFL Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: SHFL) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Wednesday, November 27. S&P MidCap 400 constituent Bally Technologies Inc (NYSE: BYI) acquired SHFL in a deal completed today.

J.C. Penney Co., Inc. (NYSE: JCP) 2.4% HIGHER; CEO Mike Ullman bought 112,000 shares on 11/22 at $8.95. This encompasses his entire stake.

Jones Energy (NYSE: JONE) 1.7% HIGHER; entered into a definitive agreement with a privately-held company to acquire producing and undeveloped oil and gas assets in the Anadarko Basin for $195 million. The assets acquired include approximately 26,000 net acres in the Cleveland, Tonkawa, and Marmaton plays in the Texas Panhandle and western Oklahoma.

Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) 1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.36, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $476.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $486.1 million. Dycom Industries, Inc. sees Q2 2013 EPS of $0.03-$0.09, versus the consensus of $0.18. Dycom Industries, Inc. sees Q2 2013 revenue of $400-420 million, versus the consensus of $433.23 million.

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) 0.7% HIGHER; said November 22, 2013 its board of directors authorized an additional $300 million for the Company’s common stock share repurchase program.
