Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCLS) 37.5% HIGHER; announced the sale of the companys Latin American-related assets to Invekra S.A.P.I. de C.V. of Mexico for $19.5 million in cash. Additionally, Invekra will pay Oculus a three percent payment on all Latin American revenues outside of Mexico, with a minimum payment of $250,000 per year for the next ten years, to be paid quarterly in Mexican pesos.

tronc, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNC) 29.3% LOWER; Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) confirmed that the Company has been engaged in discussions with tronc, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNC) regarding a potential transaction and has determined not to pursue an acquisition of tronc.

DURECT Corp (NASDAQ: DRRX) 16.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.06), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $37 million versus the consensus estimate of $3.72 million. DURECT also provided an update on the DUR-928 development program including a description of data from the first cohort of a Phase 1b study with DUR-928 in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

Rayonier Advanced Materials (NYSE: RYAM) 11.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.44, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $207 million versus the consensus estimate of $211.76 million. Third quarter net income of $22 million and pro forma EBITDA of $64 million. Full year pro forma EBITDA outlook raised to $215 to $225 million from $195 to $205 million.

FreightCar America (NASDAQ: RAIL) 8.1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.00, $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $113.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $129.4 million.

Angie's List (NASDAQ: ANGI) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.28), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $79.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $81.97 million. “We are continuing to see a robust impact from executing our turnaround plan and are extremely focused on opportunities to further accelerate our growth,” said CEO Scott Durchslag. “To that end, we have decided to explore strategic alternatives to achieve the full potential of our new platform. Amkor Technology (NASDAQ: AMKR) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.25, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion. GUIDANCE: Amkor Technology sees Q4 2016 EPS of $0.19-$0.34, versus the consensus of $0.20. Amkor Technology sees Q4 2016 revenue of $990-1070 million, versus the consensus of $1020 million. Amkor Technology sees FY2016 EPS of $0.55, versus the consensus of $0.42. Amkor Technology sees FY2016 revenue of $3.9 billion, versus the consensus of $3.86 billion.

Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) 7.1% HIGHER; confirmed that the Company has been engaged in discussions with tronc, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRNC) regarding a potential transaction and has determined not to pursue an acquisition of tronc.

Cognex Corp (NASDAQ: CGNX) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.63, versus $1.21 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $147.95 million, versus $107.59 million reported last year. GUIDANCE: Cognex Corp sees Q4 2016 revenue of $115-118 million, versus the consensus $111.9 million.

Terex (NYSE: TEX) 5.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.19, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion. GUIDANCE: Terex sees FY2016 EPS of $0.70-$0.80.

L Brands, Inc. (NYSE: LB) 5.1% LOWER; reported estimated October comparable sales and updated guidance for third quarter earnings. The company is making this updated information available in advance of its Investor Update Meeting on Nov. 1. October comparable sales are expected to be up 1 percent, including an expected -2 percent comp at Victoria’s Secret, and 6 percent at Bath & Body Works. The company now expects third quarter earnings per share to be about $0.40, versus its previous guidance of $0.40 to $0.45 and last year’s result of $0.55. The company will provide final third quarter results and fourth quarter earnings guidance when it reports third quarter earnings on Nov. 16. *** The Street sees Q3 EPS of $0.46.

Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) 3.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.83 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.21 billion.

Twilio (NYSE: TWLO) 3.2% HIGHER; Oppenheimer initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $50.00.

Integrated Device Technology (NASDAQ: IDTI) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $184.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $183.99 million.

Monolithic Power Systems (NASDAQ: MPWR) 2.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.66, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $105.98 million.

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) 2.9% LOWER; Morgan Stanley downgraded from Equalweight to Underweight with a price target of $20.00 (from $24.00).

Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) 2.8% HIGHER; announced in connection with its pending acquisition by Tianjin Tianhai Investment Company, Ltd. (Tianjin Tianhai) (SSE A Share: 600751 and SSE B Share: 900938), that the parties have received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to proceed with the transaction.

Kellogg (NYSE: K) 2.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 Comparable EPS of $0.96, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.28 billion. Currency-Neutral Comparable EPS was $1.00. The Company increased its full-year guidance for earnings per share on a currency-neutral comparable basis. Specifically, it raised its guidance range by about a nickel, to $4.16-$4.23, reflecting the lower effective tax rate it realized during Q3.

Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) 1.8% LOWER; New York Post said a higher up exec at the company is helping the SEC with its accounting probe.

Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE: APC) 1.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.89), $0.35 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.54). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.19 billion.

BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BBRY) 1.6% HIGHER; confirmed an agreement Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) for expanded use of BlackBerry's QNX and security software. The deal signifies an acceleration in BlackBerry's pivot from hardware to software in support of the automaker's goal of providing connected vehicles and mobility to its customers.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (NYSE: VRX) 1.5% HIGHER;bounces after dropping 12.3% intra-day. The company issued a statement regarding comments attributed to anonymous sources in a press report regarding the ongoing investigation being conducted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI) 1.5% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs upgraded from Buy to Conviction Buy with a price target of $46
