Novavax, Inc., (Nasdaq: NVAX) 83% LOWER; announced topline data from two clinical trials of its RSV F-protein recombinant nanoparticle vaccine candidate (RSV F Vaccine) in older adults. The Resolve trial, a Phase 3 trial of our RSV F Vaccine in 11,856 older adults (60 years of age and older), did not meet the pre-specified primary or the secondary efficacy objectives, and did not demonstrate vaccine efficacy. Consistent with our previous clinical experience, the vaccine was well tolerated.
Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: NAVB) 14.6% HIGHER; announced that the European Medicines Agencys (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has granted a positive opinion for a new Lymphoseek® 50 microgram kit for radiopharmaceutical preparation. Lymphoseek is a medicinal product for diagnostic use only and is indicated in the EU for imaging and intraoperative detection of sentinel lymph nodes draining a primary tumor in adult patients with breast cancer, melanoma, or localized squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity.1 This new Lymphoseek dose packaging enables a single injection per patient and is appropriate for the radiopharmaceutical distribution model in Europe.

Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC) 3.9% HIGHER; announced that third-quarter revenue is expected to be above the company's previous outlook. The company now expects third-quarter revenue to be $15.6 billion, plus or minus $300 million, as compared to the previous range of $14.9 billion, plus or minus $500 million. The increase in revenue is primarily driven by replenishment of PC supply chain inventory. The company is also seeing some signs of improving PC demand. *** The Street was looking for Q3 revenue of $14.9 billion.

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.55, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.7 billion. Sees Q2 constant currency EPS of $0.59-$0.62 vs consensus of $0.65. Q2 total revenue is seen at unchanged to up 3%.
Travelport (NYSE: TVPT) 1.9% LOWER; announced that certain of the Company's shareholders (the "Selling Shareholders") intend to offer in an underwritten public offering an aggregate of 7,986,979 of the Company's common shares (the "Offering"). The offering consists entirely of secondary shares to be sold by the Selling Shareholders. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the shares sold in the Offering.
