Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) 6.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.50, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $400.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $389.7 million. Announces $500 million share repurchase authorization. GUIDANCE: Palo Alto Networks sees Q1 2017 EPS of $0.51-$0.53, versus the consensus of $0.56. Palo Alto Networks sees Q1 2017 revenue of $398-402 million, versus the consensus of $402.2 million. Palo Alto Networks sees FY2017 EPS of $2.75-$2.80, versus the consensus of $2.64.

Chicos FAS (NYSE: CHS) 6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $635.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $632.49 million.

Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) 5.7% HIGHER; Genesys and Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Genesys will acquire Interactive Intelligence in a transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Interactive Intelligence shareholders will receive $60.50 per share in cash, representing a premium of 36% to Interactive Intelligences unaffected closing stock price on July 28, 2016, the trading day prior to media reports that Interactive Intelligence was considering strategic alternatives, and a premium of 42% to the 30 calendar day average closing price prior to the unaffected closing price on July 28, 2016.

H&R Block (NYSE: HRB) 5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.55), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.53). Revenue for the quarter came in at $125 million versus the consensus estimate of $132.62 million.

Caleres (NYSE: CAL) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.46, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $622.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $638.28 million. GUIDANCE: Caleres sees FY2016 revenue of $2.57-2.60 billion, versus the consensus of $2.60 billion.

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $131.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $126.57 million. GUIDANCE: Veeva Systems sees Q3 2017 EPS of $0.15-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.14. The Medicines Company (Nasdaq: MDCO) 4.2% LOWER; provided an update on its clinical dyslipidemia research programs for MDCO-216 (which contains APoA-1 Milano) and PCSK9si (PCSK9 synthesis inhibitor). MDCO-216. A planned, interim analysis of the first 40 randomized patients completing treatment in the MILANO-PILOT study of MDCO-216 has been reviewed by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (IDM Committee). Based on the protocol and pre-defined criteria in its Charter, the IDM Committee has reported the 40-patient data to the Company in summary form and recommended that the MILANO-PILOT study continue. The pre-defined, upper statistical boundary for efficacy, which permits early termination of the study by the Company, was not met and, given the limited number of patients included in the first interim analysis, the summary data received by the Company from the IDM Committee are, at this time, inconclusive.

SINA Corporation (Nasdaq: SINA) 3.3% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors has authorized and approved the Company's distribution of shares of Weibo Corporation (Nasdaq: WB) to the Company's shareholders on a pro rata basis. In addition, JPMorgan assumed coverage on SINA with an Overweight rating and a price target of $123.00.

Pure Storage (NYSE: PSTG) 3% HIGHER; Oppenheimer upgraded from Perform to Outperform with a price target of $15.00

Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: KPTI) 3% LOWER; selling after gaining 37% yesterday.

Globalstar Inc. (NYSE: GSAT) 2.6% HIGHER; Carmanah Technologies Corporation announced a strategic agreement with Globalstar Inc. (NYSE: GSAT). Under the terms of the agreement Carmanah will collaborate on the design and manufacture of new solar powered M2M satellite solutions for Globalstar as well as selecting the Globalstar low earth orbiting satellite constellation for remote connectivity of all strategic Carmanah products.

NCI Building Systems (NYSE: NCS) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.33, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $462.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $456.31 million.

Rigel Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RIGL) 2.3% LOWER; sees selling after gaining 49% on Tuesday.

Juno Therapeutics (NASDAQ: JUNO) 1% LOWER; BTIG initiated coverage with a Sell rating and a price target of $23
