ITT Educational Services (NYSE: ESI) 45% LOWER; continues Thursday's sell-off after a Dept. of Education ban on enrolling new students. Piper Jaffray downgraded ITT to Underweight with a price target of $0.00.

PetroQuest Energy (NYSE: PQ) 33.5% HIGHER; announced private exchange offers and consent solicitation, along with entry into a commitment letter for a four year $50 million term loan facility. The stock was also upgraded a Johnson Rice and Seaport Global.

Talend S.A (NASDAQ: TLND) 15.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($1.84), which does not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.31). On a pro-forma basis, assuming the conversion of preferred shares into ordinary shares, our non-IFRS EPS would be ($0.31), which is in line with consensus. Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $24.5 million. GUIDANCE: Talend S.A sees FY2016 EPS of ($0.27)-($0.24), versus the consensus of ($0.25). Talend S.A sees FY2016 revenue of $26-27 million, versus the consensus of $25.7 million. Talend S.A sees FY2016 EPS of ($1.01)-($0.93), versus the consensus of ($0.97). Talend S.A sees FY2016 revenue of $103-105 million, versus the consensus of $101.6 million.

Pure Storage, Inc. (NYSE: PSTG) 13.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 non-GAAP EPS was ($0.16), 7 cents better than consensus of ($0.23). GAAP EPS was ($0.31), better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $155.14 million. GUIDANCE: Pure Storage, Inc. sees Q3 2017 revenue of $187-195 million, versus the consensus of $190.7 million.

Ocwen Financial Corp (NYSE: OCN) 8.5% HIGHER; On August 25, 2016, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, Ocwen Business Solutions, Inc. and Ocwen Financial Solutions Private Limited, each a subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corporation (collectively, Ocwen) entered into a Consent Order with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (WA-DFI) relating to the activities of these entities in Washington State under the Washington Consumer Loan Act. Ocwen and the WA-DFI entered into the Consent Order so that these matters may be economically and efficiently settled. Under the Consent Order, Ocwen neither admits nor denies any wrongdoing and agrees, among other things, to pay the WA-DFI $900,000 to conclude this matter. Ocwen continues to invest significantly in its risk and compliance infrastructure and remains committed to a culture of compliance with all regulatory requirements.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.27, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.72 billion. Comps declined 10.6%. GUIDANCE: GameStop sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.53-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.53 - comparable store sales to range from -2.0% to 1.0%. GameStop sees FY2016 EPS of $3.90-$4.05, versus the consensus of $3.99 - comparable store sales are now expected to range of -4.5% to -1.5%.

Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX) 6.3% HIGHER; named Best Idea at Guggenheim with $25 PT.

WCI Communities Inc. (NYSE: WCIC) 6% HIGHER; will replace Monolithic Power Systems in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, September 2

Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK) 5.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $212.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.52 million. GUIDANCE: Splunk sees Q3 2017 revenue of $228-230 million, versus the consensus of $228.87 million. Splunk sees FY2017 revenue of $910-914 million, versus prior guidance of $892-896 million and the consensus of $897.49 million.

Nautilus Inc. (NYSE: NLS) 5.3% HIGHER; to replace S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Outerwall Inc. (Nasdaq: OUTR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, September 1.

Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) 4.6% LOWER; Carl Icahn discussed selling his 18% stake in Herbalife yo a group of investors that included Bill Ackman's Pershing Square.

Synaptics (NASDAQ: SYNA) 4.5% LOWER; to delay its 10-K filing.

MeetMe (NASDAQ: MEET) 4.4% HIGHER; Loop Captial initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $9.00.

Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $88.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $86.88 million. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $60 million. The program was authorized on July 8, with repurchases to begin on August 30, 2016. “We believe our stock is an attractive investment opportunity at current levels,” said Rick Booth, Chief Financial Officer, said.

uniQure (NASDAQ: QURE) 3.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of (EUR0.77), EUR0.12 better than the analyst estimate of (EUR0.89). Revenue for the quarter came in at EUR1.62 million versus the consensus estimate of EUR351 thousand.

TG Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGTX) 2.9% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted orphan drug designation for TG-1101 (ublituximab) the Companys novel, glycoengineered anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, for the treatment of patients with neuromyelitis optica (NMO) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). There are currently no FDA approved treatments for NMO or NMOSD.

Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA) 2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.43, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.07 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion. Comparable sales increased 14.4%. GUIDANCE: Ulta Salon sees Q3 2016 revenue of $1.07-1.09 billion. The Company is raising its previously announced fiscal 2016 guidance. The Company plans to: achieve comparable sales growth of approximately 11% to 13%, including the impact of the e-commerce business, compared to previous guidance of 10% to 12%.

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MPWR) 1% HIGHER; will replace Mettler-Toledo in the S&P MidCap 400
