RADAs systems will provide the customers Air Defense with highly advanced aerial surveillance capabilities, enabling the detection of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or Drones.

Sophiris Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: SPHS) 27% LOWER; intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, its common shares and warrants to purchase additional common shares in an underwritten public offering. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Stemline Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: STML) 18.5% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation to SL-401, a targeted therapy directed to the interleukin-3 receptor (CD123), for the treatment of blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN).

Tokai Pharma (NASDAQ: TKAI) 17.7% LOWER; Will Discontinue Enrollment in ARMOR2 Expansion Trial

Zoes Kitchen (NYSE: ZOES) 15.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $67.28 million. Comps rose 4 percent, versus at 5.1 percent gain expected. Zoes Kitchen sees FY2016 revenue of $277-280 million, versus prior guidance of $277-281 million and the consensus of $280.6 million.

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 14.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.4 billion. Comps rose 0.8 percent, versus expectations of a 0.5 percent drop.

Cosi, Inc. (Nasdaq: COSI) 14.9% LOWER; announced that, on August 16, 2016, its Chief Financial Officer, Miguel Rossy-Donovan, submitted his resignation effective September 23, 2016 to accept the position of CFO at another company. The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors has terminated RJ Dourney as Chief Executive Officer & President, effective immediately. Patrick Bennett, a member of the Board of Directors, will serve as interim Chief Executive & President working in close conjunction with the full Board while the Company conducts a search for a permanent CEO.

Premier (NASDAQ: PINC) 8.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $301.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $300.32 million. GUIDANCE: Premier sees FY2017 EPS of $1.71-$1.82. Premier sees FY2017 revenue of $1.451-1.500 billion.

Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA) 7.5% HIGHER; announced that it has appointed Adam Selipsky as president and chief executive officer effective September 16. Christian Chabot, Tableau's co-founder and current CEO, will continue to serve as chairman of Tableau's board of directors.

Mobileye (NYSE: MBLY) 5.2% HIGHER; The company and Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH) announced a partnership to jointly develop a complete SAE Level 4/5 automated driving solution.

Shoe Carnival Inc. (NASDAQ: SCVL) 5% HIGHER; will replace Sagent Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SGNT) in the S&P SmallCap 600

J. M. Smucker (NYSE: SJM) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.86, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.82 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.89 billion. GUIDANCE: J. M. Smucker maintains FY2017 EPS of $7.60-$7.75, versus the consensus of $7.70.

Alimera Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALIM) 4.5% HIGHER; Great Point files 13G showing 5.1% stake.

Altisource Residential (NYSE: RESI) 4.3% HIGHER; Nomura Securities upgraded from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $15.00 (from $11.00)

Monsanto (NYSE: MON) 4.1% HIGHER; Negotiations between Bayer and Monsanto (NYSE: MON) are advancing and the companies could reach a merger agreement in the next two weeks, according to Bloomberg

BHP Billiton (NYSE: BHP) 2.8% HIGHER; Upgraded at Jefferies

Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) 2.8% HIGHER; Leerink Partners upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $17.00 (from $16.00)

Nordson Corp. (NASDAQ: NDSN) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.46, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $1.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $490 million versus the consensus estimate of $479.75 million. Nordson Corp. sees Q4 2016 EPS of $1.15-$1.27, versus the consensus of $1.15. Sees Q4 sales up 6 - 10 percent.

NQ Mobile (NYSE: NQ) 2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.01, versus ($0.08) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.7 million, versus $102.1 million reported last year. Non-GAAP net income attributable to NQ Mobile for the second quarter of 2016 was $7.6 million or $0. 08 per fully diluted ADS, compared to non-GAAP net income attributable to NQ Mobile of $7.0 million in the same period a year ago.

Eagle Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: EGRX) 2% HIGHER; will replace Cash America International Inc. (NYSE: CSH) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, September 1.

Kroger (NYSE: KR) 1.5% LOWER; Cleveland Research downgraded from Buy to Neutral.

Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) 1.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.61, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.27 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.25 billion.
