Dex One Corporation (NYSE: DEXO) 22% HIGHER ; Dex One and SuperMedia Inc. (NASDAQ: SPMD) today announced that their Boards of Directors have approved a definitive agreement under which Dex One and SuperMedia will combine in a stock-for-stock merger of equals, creating a national provider of social, local and mobile marketing solutions through direct relationships with local businesses.

Daktronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: DAKT) 20% HIGHER ; reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $132.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.37 million.

Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) 16% HIGHER ; reported Q2 EPS of $0.42, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $676.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $671.6 million.

American Woodmark (NASDAQ: AMWD) 15% HIGHER ; reported Q1 EPS of $0.07, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $148.25 million versus the consensus estimate of $138.17 million.

H&E Equipment Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: HEES) 13% HIGHER ; declared a special dividend of $7.00 per share.

ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (AMEX: IMUC) 10% LOWER; appointed John S. Yu, MD, as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President, and has accepted the resignation of Manish Singh, PhD, effective immediately.

Nordson Corp (NASDAQ: NDSN) 11% HIGHER ; reported Q3 EPS of $1.06, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $379.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $358.45 million. Nordson Corp sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.96-1.04, versus the consensus of $0.95. Nordson Corp sees Q4 2012 revenue of $408-422 million, versus the consensus of $394.5 million.

Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) 10% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.20, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.65 billion. The company suspended its buyback and guidance.

Tech Data Corp (NASDAQ: TECD) 9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.88, $0.30 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.83 billion.

Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTI) 6% HIGHER ; announced it has renewed a five-year Collaborative Research Agreement with the Berlin-Brandenburg Center for Regenerative Therapy (BCRT) at Charite - University Medicine Berlin.

VirnetX Holding Corp. (NYSE: VHC) 6% LOWER; lost a bid to revive its patent case against Apple. The ITC stated the judge in the case found that SAIC had ownership rights and should have been a party.

DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (Nasdaq: DWA)
5% HIGHER ; has entered into a new five-year distribution agreement with Twentieth Century Fox. Under the terms of the agreement, Fox will assume certain marketing and distribution responsibilities in both domestic and international markets for all animated feature films produced by DreamWorks Animation for release in 2013 through 2017.

Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) 4% LOWER; Barclays downgraded from Equalweight to Underweight with a price target of $4.00 (from $15.00).

Cheniere Energy Partners Ltd (NYSE: LNG) 3% HIGHER ; reports that China's sovereign wealth fund will invest in the first LNG export terminal in the U.S. outside Alaska.

REX Energy (NASDAQ: REXX) 3% HIGHER ; CapitalOne upgraded from Add to Strong Buy.

RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) 2% LOWER; down on Best Buy results.

Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.85, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.01 billion. Medtronic, Inc. Reaffirmed FY2013 EPS of $3.62-3.70, versus the consensus of $3.66.

hhgregg, Inc. (NYSE: HGG) 2% LOWER; down on Best Buy results.

Fossil (NASDAQ: FOSL) 2% LOWER; ISI Group downgraded from Buy to Hold with a price target of $100.00.

Church & Dwight (NYSE: CHD) 1% HIGHER ; entered an agreement to acquire Avid Health for $650 million. The company also affirmed FY12 EPS expectations and guided FY13 EPS expectations above consensus views.

Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) 1% HIGHER ; reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, versus $0.50 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $142.8 million, versus $190.3 million reported last year. Fabrinet sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.30-0.32. Fabrinet sees Q1 2013 revenue of $145-149 million.
