ATP Oil & Gas Corp. (Nasdaq: ATPG) 48% LOWER files bankruptcy

Coventry Health Care, Inc. (NYSE: CVH) 19% HIGHER ; entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Aetna (NYSE: AET) will acquire Coventry in a transaction valued at $7.3 billion

ZAGG Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 10% LOWER; announced that Robert G. Pedersen II has stepped down as CEO and Chairman. ZAGG President and COO Randall Hales has been appointed interim CEO by the Board of Directors, and Cheryl Larabee has been appointed to serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY) 6% LOWER; Board Appoints Hubert Joly as President and CEO; Buyout hopes fade on standstill

Lowes Cos. (NYSE: LOW) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.65, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $14.5 billion. Lowes Cos. sees FY2012 EPS of $1.64, versus the consensus of $1.80.

Health Net, Inc. (NYSE: HNT) 5% HIGHER ; up on CVH/AET deal

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) 4% HIGHER ; positive analyst commentary says August Macau revenue may hit a monthly record.

Telecom Italia S.p.A. (NYSE: TI) 4% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded Telecom Italia from Overweight to Neutral.

Wynn Resorts Ltd. (NASDAQ: WYNN) 3% HIGHER ; positive analyst commentary says August Macau revenue may hit a monthly record.

Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE: WM) 3% LOWER; In an article published over the weekend, Barron's writers Michael Santoli called Waste Management "dead money". He also said the stock is at risk of declining 10 to 15 percent from its current price of $35.66 to $30 if the company continues to miss on earnings.

Amarin Corporation plc (NASDAQ: AMRN) 3% HIGHER ; Jefferies says "We believe the FDA may need additional time to consider AMRN's unique arguments, which we view positively."

MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) font color="limegreen">2% HIGHER ; positive analyst commentary says August Macau revenue may hit a monthly record.

Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) 2% LOWER; Stifel Nicolaus downgraded from Buy to Hold.

Ross Stores Inc. (NASDAQ: ROST) 2% HIGHER ; BofA/Merrill Lynch upgraded from Neutral to Buy.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) 2% HIGHER ; Liberty continues to add to position
