Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.61 billion. Cisco Systems, Inc. E-Commerce China Dangdang (NYSE: DANG) 3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.24), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.23). Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $186.37 million. Dangdang expects its total net revenues in the third quarter of 2012 to be around RMB1,272 million.

EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) 2% HIGHER ; Solid results and outlook from NetApp.

Sears Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: SHLD) 2% HIGHER ; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.86), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.86). Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.63 billion. Sears Domestic's comparable store sales declined 2.9% in the second quarter of 2012, Kmart's comparable store sales declined 4.7%, and Sears Canada's comparable store sales declined 7.1%

MIPS Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIPS) 2% HIGHER ; reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $38.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.2 million
